We just returned from a week in Atlantis in Myrtle Beach. The first thing I'll comment on is that the location is superb. The property is situated just south of MB State Park, along a stretch of about 1/2 mile of beachfront but with only 18 houses on that frontage. Thus, very uncrowded beach and no getting up at 7 AM to "stake your claim". House is very nice and spacious, with 7BR/7 bath (all ensuite), though master has a separate closed off sitting room that could really be used as another BR for a kid. Fantastic and LARGE pool, separate toddler pool, and hot tub. Really great and spacious/shady porch. The views are incredible and obviously, you're paying first-row premium but very much worth it here. We had a few minor issues that needed attention early in the stay and Luxury Beach Rentals was responsive via email in about 1 hr. Can't say enough about the management team, really superb. We'd 100% return to this property!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 young kids. There was a back deck that ran the width of the house where kids were safe to run around and we could see the beach.which was steps away. The pool was great. The house had an open floor plan. It was great having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and an ice maker. It could use a little updating for the price we paid. One drawback was that tents on the beach are not allowed. You have to bring your own umbrellas.

Plenty of room for a family of 19 to gather. Two small children were able to play on the lovely porch without worry. We hope to be back next year.

This was a great place for a group of friends for vacation. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge plus! The only thing I would change is making 2 of the queen beds king sized so you have 5 rooms with king sized beds.

This was our second time renting this property. The house fits our family perfectly, 8 grands, 5 of them under 4 years old, plus 7 adults. The dune line does a great job of keeping the beach breeze away, since it can be a little chilly, and provides a nice warm yard around the pool. But all the living spaces are above the dune line so a fantastic ocean view. The pool is heated to a higher temp for the babies, at our request. Luxury Beach Rentals is super accommodating and every little request is met cheerfully and REALLY quickly, usually the same day. We could not ask for better service. The online layout of the downstairs is accurate, but the upstairs needs correcting. Because this home is in a neighborhood, the beach is wide open, only the occasional walker. We are going to rent this property again for next Spring Break, and that tells you how happy we are with Atlantis and with Luxury Beach Rentals. Just A+!

This property fit our family perfectly. We came to have our Christmas Celebration. There were 14 of us. The 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. The 3 King Suites were spacious. The game room with the pool table was well used by our grandsons. They brought their own Playstation they hooked up to the game room TV. We loved, loved the location. Private boardwalk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Yet, close for those grocery store runs for last minute items! The oceanfront covered deck was enjoyed by all. Out we went with blankets, a hot chocolate and books. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids used those 4 times each day! The kitchen was large and we were able to work together while preparing meals. We played booce ball, board games, took walks, used the pool and hot tub and made some wonderful memories. The only negative would be the condition of some of the furniture. Both club chairs in the game room had torn upholstery with the stuffing coming out. A couple of the chair pads in the dining room were loose. The locks on the 3 of the sliding glass doors were broken--two of which were accessible from the street level into the home (via the carport/backyard to living area).

We chose this house because the layout was just right for our family of 14. House was great and customer service was EXCELLENT! We had 7 month old twins with us and I had asked that the pool be heated to 88 degrees. When we arrived, it was only 78. I called the rental office and someone came out about 2 hours later. There was air in the line, he fixed it, and we had our warm pool by the next morning. Called the next day to say thanks, Lisa asked if we needed anything else and insisted I let them bring over a few things we wanted. Half hour later they were delivered to the house. Overall, we found just a few minor repairs but none that impacted our stay. Location is terrific, quiet residential neighborhood makes for a near empty beach, but groceries and such are very nearby at 3 different stores. We are booking this house for the same week next year, so that tells the story.

Atlantis is on a quiet beach area away from the crowds & Myrtle Beach craziness. The house is just amazing with 2nd @ 3rs floor balconies that provide breathtaking views. It has both private spaces & communal gathering areas which we especially like. The pool is large with a little walking pool on one side and jacuzzi on the other with plenty of lounge And straight chairs. Our family has been coming for several years & hopes to come for many more.

This is the 2nd time we've rented this property. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are one huge area. All bedrooms were spacious and had a private bathroom. The beach is your to enjoy with no encroachment from others. The pool in large as in the hot tub.

We had 5 families vacationing with us and each and every one of them said this was the best vacation they had ever had. The house was perfect. Great accommodations, great location, great setup overall. The pool was unbelievable and the beach seemed like our own private beach away from the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to leave.

After being cooped up at home for several weeks we needed a change in scenery. Easy to communicate, easy to book, easy to access the home. There were a couple of hot tub issues, yet property manager promptly had a service provider address the issue. Would highly recommend! Our guests said that most rental properties end up not looking as good as the photos yet this one looked even better in person. Better than expected.

We had several problems witht the WiFi and internet during our stay. With that being said, we have stayed at many properties and I would highly recommend Luxury Beach Rentals. Atlantis is a fantastic beach home that provides everything you need for a great vacation. It is close to the airport, almost beside a natural park and has a nice beach area. The kitchen is amazingly equipped. We loved all of the balcony space, hot tub & jacuzzi. The interior space is well laid out with plenty of room & seating to come together as a group; yet enough space to have some alone time. We loved the jet showers, indoor jacuzzi tub + the pool/kiddie pool & hot tub. It is far enough away from the busy strip to be super quiet but only 5 minutes to restaurants. The cleaning crew is amazing - super clean rental. We loved everything about this home/vacation.

We have stayed in beach houses many times in Nags Head and Myrtle Beach. This is by far the most spacious and beautiful house yet. I liked it so much I reserved it for next year.

We would give this house 10 stars if we could. It was spotless when we got there. Must be an awesome cleaning crew. No complaints from us. This is our second year here and are doing it again next year. 9 minutes from the airport. Great location! Beach is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!!!

Picture does justice, no bait & switch with this rental. We Vacation a lot and we have been disappointed in the past. Major investment on this rental so we were hoping for a A+ experienced and the house delivered every penny. For sure will not be the last time we Vacation from that home

Absolutely the perfect location. Super close to grocery store and shopping and restaurants but off in a quiet private neighborhood. Our section of the beach was not crowded at all but there were plenty of others enjoying the sand as well. With such a large family group it was wonderful to have a comfortable house so close to the shore where everyone could come and go easily to the beach. The large shaded porch has to be a favorite also for the older people in our group who could sit in the breeze with a cup of coffee and WiFi and watch the grandchildren play at the pool or beach. Available beach chairs/toys and pool floats/toys were an added bonus. Beds were comfortable!

Atlantis exceeded our expectations. The house had plenty of room, was well stocked, clean and had an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Great set-up for our family of 15 from babies to grandparents. We had plenty of room and all were very comfortable Most of our time was spent in and around the pools which were exceptional. I had a small request for kitchenware and the rental company fulfilled the request right away. We would love to return and highly recommend to others. We enjoyed the house, pool and ocean so much, we hardly left. Great memories for our family.

This house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you would need. Plenty of dinning room seating and living room seating. The rooms were all huge. The showers had great water pressure. Plenty of towels available. The game room was perfect. The pool was the perfect size and temperature and had plenty of seating. And having beach chairs available was a bonus. It was in a perfect location, close to a Walmart and a short distance to Broadway at the Beach and all the activities we planned. Can't say enough good things about this property, we will definitely be coming back to this house.

I rented this house because my Son was getting married in Myrtle Beach and we had 16 people from out of town coming in. It was perfect... with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, large rec room and an open floor plan. This easily handled our group for gatherings, brunch and just great family fun. The 3 king bedrooms all had ocean views with very large deck on first floor. May not be suitable for elderly people due to all the stairs. We hope to book this at another time in the near future.

The facility is great. Found it very clean and complete as per rental information.
Beautiful beach for walking.
The group included 7 couples and we found there was lots of room to spread out and enjoy.

We chose to stay at this beautiful home with our extended family. Finding a house to fit 4 families with children of all ages was a challenge. This house fit our needs to a "tee". Location was perfect; beach was very private and clean. Close enough to excellent restaurants and super close to the local grocery store and the Market Common shopping/eating area. Plenty of golf. The home was clean and well taken care of. Pool was large and the littles loved the small baby pool. We would definitely return.

OMGsh, where should I start... The panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean are incredible! There are 2 wonderful decks to enjoy. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Our guests loved the Game Room. The bedrooms are so soundproof that we couldn't hear them playing pool. The Kitchen is very large and well stocked. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Everyone is still talking about our vacation and already planning to return next year!!

Our family lucked out and found this beautiful house for our family get together! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you can possibly image to cater to your family vacation! The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit as well as the pool table. The area of the beach is so private and quiet. We are already talking about coming back next year!

This was by far our families best vacation. We were able to get away for a last minute vacation at the end of February and had 70 degree days our entire stay! The property management company just started managing this house before we arrived and just finished their touches to the place. All new pool furniture, gas grill and balcony furniture and stocked kitchen. The views are incredible and we loved having our morning coffee on the deck while watching the dolphins play. I feel very lucky to have found this place and was my families hero. We cant wait to come back!
