We visited and loved that the home offered 2 bedrooms on the main floor with easy access to the pool and main deck. No better way to be able to enjoy the ocean with every member of the family.

This beach house was the best vacation we have ever had. We had a total of 15 in our family and all had plenty of space. The house, amenities, location and views were all perfect! It was a very cool experience being able to watch dolphins from the pool! The management company was very friendly and easy to work with. We only needed to reach out to them once and they answered all of our questions. You can tell they take great care of the house. We would absolutely recommend this house and cannot wait to come back for our family vacation next year!

Family vacation of 17 people. Lots of space for everyone. Great location and the house is very clean! Property managers are great and very quick to respond. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this home because we love the location however we had the same maintenance issues. Examples were pool leaks and needs water added daily, stove burner not working, air conditioning stopped working. AC was repaired but pool and stove we were told...parts were on ordered. Overall I would stay there again!

The experience far surpassed our expectations. The view, the ability to be walking the beach within a minute of leaving the house, the spacious design, etc all made for an absolutely memorable time! This beach house is large and well appointed. It is located right on the beach - walk right out! - and it is in a cul-de-sac neighborhood. So, excellent location. The house itself is very nice, and it's also convenient to local restaurants and attractions.

Went with my entire family to Low Tide Too for Thanksgiving. Everybody had a wonderful time! It was nice that everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, too! The kids enjoyed the ocean even though it was only 60 degrees out. Definitely enough room for all of us!

Absolutely wonderful home! Large kitchen and gathering space was perfect for all of us. Separate bathroom for each sleeping area was a huge plus with everyone.
The master suite was amazing! Beautiful beach with private access was fantastic with the grandkids. The outside shower on the private walkway was perfect! Ping pong and pool table in garage area were perfect for the rainy afternoon. This property is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean. Great rental company. Easy to work with, good communication through email. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Property is in a great was like having your own personal beach. I loved having the deck & pool right off of the kitchen which made for a perfect gathering spot for all of us! Porperty was very clean. We had a few minor issues upon arrival but the property manager was quick to respond and correct! we will definitely be back soon! Visited end of Sept, 2021

We had the best week with with all of our children and grandchildren! The home was perfectly laid out to accommodate all our kids and babies. The pool was such a nice feature to allow people to enjoy watching the ocean while playing with babies in the water right at the house. We took walks on the beach, played in the water, and enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home!

Great location with private access to the beach; lots of room for week long multi-family stay. A few of the beds and the couch were uncomfortable but all in all we would definitely recommend this rental because the location, pool and beach accessibility was second to none.

My husband and I rented this house for a full immediate family vacation. In a nutshell we had a great time. The house is great, on the beach, with a private pool. There had been a negative review so I was initially worried however none of the previous writers concerns were substantiated. The pool does not leak and the hot tub worked perfectly. The gas grill was super. Every appliance worked. Loved the big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the beach so much. We ate out only one night in Murrells Inlet at Hot Fish Club- highly recommend. I give our entire experience 5 stars.

A dream family vacation. The home was very spacious. The neighborhood setting was safe and private with low traffic. The common area easily accommodated 5 children 6years old and under. The backyard beach area and access was the best part.

We had an awesome time celebrating mine and my husband's retirement. We also celebrated three graduation's (2 high school and 1 eighth grade). The house is in the perfect location and we loved having the beach to ourselves. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house is beautiful and in great shape. It’s hard to begin to describe this breathtaking beach house. When we walked in we couldn’t stop pinching ourselves. It’s even better than the pictures. We had been planning this family vacation with our kids and grandkids and there was much excitement and anticipation. Nothing disappointed us!
The beach view is gorgeous, and this is not a crowded beach like some other Myrtle locations. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or enjoying the beautiful deck,pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Oh and the chess table was a hit with our chess savy grandson who challenged everyone��
Luxury Beach Rentals are second to none. We were so well looked after! The staff are excellent. A shout out to Lauren!
The property was extremely clean,
Everyone of us voted to come back and there were 18 of us from 4 to 64. You won’t be disappointed!

It was an awesome week. The "Low Tide Too" was perfect in every way for our family of 17.Our 50th Wedding Anniversary beach week with our children and grandchildren brought many memories that would last a life time. "Low Tide Too" had everything we needed. The beach, the pool,hot tub,the sitting areas, breathtaking morning sun rise,etc. It felt like we had our own private beach. We will never forget this experience.

This beach house has everything you would want. Perfect ocean view, pool access and plenty of space. Everything was clean and in good shape. Beds were all comfy. One of the garage doors wasn’t working but the repair man came and was ordering a part. Not sure when it was going to be repaired but this did not really cause us a problem.

Our family of 11 included my husband and me and our two kids, along with 5 grandkids. We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with amazing views and a great location. It was very cold during our stay, so we weren’t able to walk the beach except for one afternoon, but the grandkids loved the heated pool and the hot tub! There was lots of room for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded. Broadway on the Beach was only about 5 miles away. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 families, 8 adults and 6 children ages 1 to 10. It rained 3 of the 7 days, one day it rained almost all day. It didn't matter, there was plenty to do and swimming in the warm rain was fun. The house location is perfect, very quite area, very private beach. The house itself is amazing, they thought through all of the little details when they built this house. For example, the small pool which is prefect for the kids is on the second level and your view of the beach in not blocked by the sand dunes, the walkway to the beach is off to one side so it doesn't obstruct the view of the beach, and the shower is at the halfway point on the walkway to minimize the sand brought up from the beach. The interior of the house is also well laid out, Someone did a great job paying attention to the details. We will be coming back, a great place to stay. Our favorite location at Myrtle Beach, this is our 5th time at Myrtle Beach.

We were down for a golf vacation, and the house was awesome. Right on the water, with a great deck, and beautiful views. Large house, it slept 9 of us comfortably in our own beds. I would highly recommend low tide too, and we hope to be back soon.

We had a multi-generational family of 7 adults and 2 children. The house was wonderful. We had the beach to ourselves. You couldn't ask for anything. All amenities were there. A couple of maintenance issues and they were there within an hour. If there was one negative, it was the slow/spotty Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this property for a care free luxury vacation.

We could not have been happier with our vacation home choice! The home was beautiful. Access to the beach was perfect. The pool was fantastic for all - especially the children. We all fit around the amazing kitchen table perfectly for meals. We spent all of our family time gathered on the deck or in the living room. Our young adults enjoyed the pool table in the garage and the hot tub. The management company was a dream to deal with. IT WAS FABULOUS! We hope to never hunt for another vacation home! Our family - 4 generations, ages 85 to 6 weeks - had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal location for us. Secluded beach in a nice area not far from attractions. We could not believe how fabulously well equipped the kitchen was and how many extras were there (i.e. a closet full of beach towels, a high chair & more). We love having a large room where all 18 of us could all gather and a pool on the same level as the main room. The elevator that went from the ground to the 1st floor by one bedroom was perfect for the great grandmother. And Lisa at Luxury Beach Rentals is a photographer who we hired to come take family photos. Management (Robert) could not have been nicer. The house was spotless - looks just like the pictures. My mother-in-law did not want to leave! We would love to go back.

We have 4 girls and 2 grandchildren. Since all of our girls are grown wuth jobs and their own lives and in laws it's hard to get them all together at the same time anymore. So I planned the murtle beach vacation. It was so nice having everyone in one house. But the girls and their husbands still had their own space to relax of they wanted. My grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and beach being so close. It's a lovely house. It seems to need a little tlc from a handy man some door knob were loose my husband tightened them up. We were there in off season vut weather was perfect. I would certainly rent from this company again.

Spending Christmas on the beach, with 80 degree weather, was miraculous. Having an oceanfront view from a spectacular home was the icing on the cake! The house was immaculate, and the layout was amazing. Every desirable amenity was present, and the easy access to the beach was perfect!

We rented Low Tide Too for our family vacation and to also celebrate birthdays and an anniversary. We all loved the home and all the fun things to do there. The ocean was so close to the house that it looked like you were sitting in it from inside. The pool was on the upper deck so you could view the ocean while enjoying the pool. The beach by the house was not over populated like many other beach homes. We had 14 family members and had plenty of room to add more. Our family would recommend this beach house for an ultimate relaxing stay.

The property description is right on! What is not mentioned is all of the amenities that are there. The house, pool and outside was clean and comfortable. We had four couple each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is wonderful! The sunrises and evenings on the deck were very enjoyable. Closer to the beach than expected which was great. Good location to have short drive to the different areas in Myrtle Beach. Peaceful and quiet location.

Our stay was the week ending 5/16. Had a day and half interruption with a freak tropical storm. Rest of the week was beautiful.
The house exceeded all expectations. Could not ask for a better location & view with excellent customer service from property mgmt. Due to the close proximity of the State park, we practically had a private beach. Has to be the best house on the water.
Great restaurants and activities close by. Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Boardwalk amusement area with great rides, not to mention 2 of the nicest golf courses I ever played. I definitely look forward to a return trip.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in off-season weather was just ok but house was very nice.

We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. Along with nice long walks on beach and not the lack of crowds was a great way to relax and enjoy the area.

We usually stay in Kiawah but wanted to have a change with more kid friendly things to do. This house and neighborhood were absolutely perfect. It was beautiful and clean with all the amenities we needed for our family. It was also 20 minutes away from all the activities we wanted to do so the location was perfect. From the moment we drove up to "Low Tide Too" our experience began. From the floor to ceiling windows looking out over the deck, swimming pool and the ocean was breathtaking. The beautiful spacious rooms , the kitchen and the 5.5 bathrooms were appreciated. From days spent on the beach enjoying sun and surf, relaxing and playing beach games, we made plenty of precious memories! Wish you could see the pictures!!! Being close to the Commons and other great shopping areas plus great eating and entertainment was a bonus!! On the day we were leaving we were already talking about coming back. We had a great time at Low Tide Too. The location was great, the house and all facilities were great as were the items provided. Kitchen equipment and service were more than we expected. Linens, towels, etc were plentiful. Even better, there were beach chairs, beach towels, and many more items we didn't expect to have provided by the management company. All of these positives, and the beach was just a few steps from the deck and pool. Once again, this rental was a great experience for our entire family and we would highly recommend this house to friends and relatives.

One of the reasons we choose this house was because it had an elevator . After getting there we were pleased to find that it was much more than we were expecting. Pool floats, beach toys and boogie boards were already there. Pool table, ping pong and hot tub were also big hits. Every detail of this house and the process for renting it is so perfectly coordinated and thought out. We feel very lucky to have found this amazing house and cannot wait to come back!

We could not have hoped for a nicer house. The views are incredible from everywhere in the house, you even have panoramic ocean views while you swim! The house was spotless and I am a stickler for cleanliness. The house is right next to the Market Common which was great and not far from Broadeay at the Beach where we took the kids a couple times. We have rented upscale home in Myrtle Beach for 7 years now and this is by far the best. Simply put this house is amazing! We will absolutely be back next year and recommend to other family's!
