House was clean and in good shape. Rental agent was very responsive. The only issues we encountered were a Sonos player that we had trouble hooking up, and a gas grill that had a broken ignition. Other than that, a very smooth rental. Beautiful beach.

We had a great time at The Palms. Oceanfront with a pool, hot tub and a nice balcony to oversee the views. The house is big with plenty of space for everyone. The living room area is open with room for the whole family to hang out in. We were there when the remnants from a hurricane coming up from Florida came through. Luxury Rentals was very good with staying in communication the whole time. They were very good to deal with. I would use them for a vacation rental again. The Market Commons is a shopping area close by that we went to often for food and entertainment. Although we did not go to the State Park, it is next door to the neighborhood. We would go back to this property again.

We have rented this house a couple of times and have never been disappointed. In fact, we plan to return for another two weeks next summer. It provides everything you need for a wonderful family vacation.

Everything from the easy check-in to the check-out is great. We stay here every year with our large extended family. The house is perfect for us. we love the pool and being on the ocean. We will keep coming back.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at The Palms. The open layout of the house fit our family perfectly. The house was very clean and the Pool and hot tub were wonderful. We look forward to coming back next year.

Overall, the house is wonderfully located on a quiet stretch of beach. The rental company was very responsive with the one maintenance issue During the week. Some of the furnishings could do with some updating.

Lots of things to love about vacationing at this house, and a few drawbacks. The location is close to the heart of Myrtle Beach, yet the neighborhood and its beach is relatively quite. This is a big plus. The open layout of the first floor is great, as well as having a pool and hot tub if you want it.

One item to consider for renters is that only the master suite has a balcony off of it. None of the other rooms have balconies. If you are a family and want to be sure your kids aren't playing on a balcony, then this is a great set up. If you are multiple couples all splitting the cost, then you may be having that discussion as to who gets the master/balcony and who doesn't.

On the downside, this property is advertised as a "luxury" property. Because of significant, needed maintenance, I would not call this a "Luxury Oceanfront Home" but a "Nice Oceanfront Home." Everyone's standards are different, but if I'm paying for luxury, I expect things to be impeccable and this house is showing its wear and tear. Perhaps it is just because we stayed during November and they haven't had a chance to make repairs following the high season, but I expect better for a "luxury" accommodation. I am emailing the agency specifics so they can, hopefully, address the maintenance items.

The Palms was very good, large with lots of space. Nice that the beach was not crowded. Quiet, very convenient. The pool with the smaller pool made a great place for small kids.

We spent a week with our kids and grandkids. The combination of the large house, the pool and hot tub, and being right on the beach was great. The house itself is very nice, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive up to the main drag in Myrtle Beach or down to Murrell's Inlet (where we bought fresh seafood). Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, although we cooked most of our meals at the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Experience was very good. Our family of 17 fully enjoyed our stay. Property is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The ocean view was outstanding and the pool was a significant amenity. On the negative side, it was difficult and time consuming to prepare meals because the cooktop works, but it does not heat properly. Took 2 days to get the wi-fi working and elevator operation instructions would be helpful.

Every one loved the house. Plenty of rooms and beautiful views of the ocean. We had different children. It was nice the older ones got to go on the beach and we could still see them. All my family loved the location. We had beach area without a crowd. The pool area was awesome the younger kids could play there and we could still watch them. Just a lovely place. Great service if you had any problems.

You can beat the view and access to the beach. Absolutely breathtaking. Outdoor space was incredible, loved sitting on decks and in yard even when weather wasn't perfect. The house was spacious and well maintained. Layout was perfect for large family and upstairs bedrooms are spacious. Only disappointment was the disorganization of the kitchen.

We had a FANTASTIC vacation! In the past, we have always rented condos. Our condos have been quite nice. Because of Corona 19 we decided that renting a house would be our best option. My husband and I chose The Palms-VERY NICE!! There were 12 of us-husband & I, our daughter/son-in-law, their 3 kids ages 15,12,4, our son, daughter-in-law, their 3 kids ages 4, & 1-year old twins.
We loved the spacious pool & hot tub! Oceanfront location-ideal felt like a private beach front! House very nice-a few minor things could be updated. Kitchen was great. Having 2 refrigerators was also great (along with an ice maker ��)
Loved this location! We remained ‘quarantined’ (all meals at the house). Not our typical Myrtle Beach vacation BUT would do it again in a heart beat!

Meals at home due to covid-19 and rusty grill was not the best. Could not operate lower oven with upper. Overall spacey great house would stay again for sure.

Luxury Beach Rentals are amazing to work with! They respond to calls immediately and send someone to your rental right away if needed! The house was immaculate when we arrived and they came during the week to clean the pool and hot tub without us even asking! Great management company!

Stayed here Spring Break 2019. Perfect location just south of the State Park. Beach was very nice and not crowed. There are only houses on this strip of the beach, no high rise hotels or condos which explains why the beaches were not crowed. House was in very nice shape. The mattresses were just ok. Some of the mattresses had foam pads on them which made them more comfortable. Plenty of parking for large groups. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Highly recommend the heat if you go in the cooler months. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay at the Palms again.

The staff at Luxury rental were very helpful and professional. The home has everything you would need. It was very clean and everything was in working order. I have rented vacation homes for many years This home was the best ever in cleaning, maintenance, location and great customer service. . However, the mattress on all beds were very uncomfortable for our family and friends.(new ones needed). Other than that, its the place to be.

We found one of the nicest beaches in Myrtle Beach! What a hidden treasure! The weather was perfect, the house had everything you could image you would need for the most relaxing stay. Would love to make this a annual trip!
