We had a great experience at this rental. The highlight is the very comfortable covered porch with a great view of the beach and plenty of seating along with the very inviting pool. Access to the beach was easy with the very short walk. Nice to have the shower and foot cleaner as you come back to the beach to keep sand from getting to the pool and house. The location is in between all the big hotels so the beach isn't overly crowded even on the 4th of July. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen and big dinning table. The layout is a little strange but going in and out side to get to some of the rooms was really no problem since the weather is so warm in the summer. It's a pleasure to head outside. Only thing I'd like to have had that wasn't there were some games for the kids and a griddle but there were plenty of jelly roll pans and saucepans to make anything work. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was perfect! Our family loved the home and completely enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach.
It was exactly as described - possibly better.
Only recommendation we had is to have some plastic glasses available to take out to the pool area.

The home was perfect for 10 adults. The home is very spacious with wonderful ocean front views. Home is located in a great area with lots of privacy. As others have put in the reviews, the photos shown on the listing are exactly what we found when we arrived. We had 10 adults on a golf trip. The home was spacious and very accommodating.

We found this house very good for our large 18 person family. Very close to beach and pool was large and used many times per day. Bedroom layouts were a little quirky having to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom but, with parents and kids this worked well.

It was a great vacation rental for our family! The pool was cloudy on our 1st day but it was fixed by the next day! If we had any questions or concerns they would answer immediately & be fixed by the next day! The only thing I wish was that the washer & dryer could be located in the main house! But we managed with it being in the garage! It for sure was nice having two of them! The huge ice maker was awesome! All & all it was perfect for our family!

House is gorgeous, just as shown in pictures! It is well-maintained, lots of pluses like full size ice machine, 2 washers 2 dryers, and plenty of room! Kitchen was very spacious and great appliances! Well stocked kitchenware, deck was very enjoyable, roomy, and lots of seating! We're possibly going to book it for next year! Can't say enough nice things about it! Wonderful vacation!

Under The Sea. Older home very liveable. Big kitchen w island that 17 people moved around. 2 bikes 2 washers 2 dryers and industrial grade ice machine in garage. But the big pool and porch sold it the most for us. In residential area close to amenities. Prompt response to a door lock problem.

The rental was clean and updated with plenty of seating both inside and out. You're right on the beach with a huge private pool and less than a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants. Some of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside or through another bedroom, but it was perfect for 3 families with a total of 10 people. They also came out within an hour on a Sunday to turn on the pool heat, which was great.

Under the Sea has one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach on the Golden Mile. The house is right on the beach and has one of the largest pools in the area. The house is within minutes to key attractions and restaurants. The pool area is ideal for entertaining large groups - plenty of chairs, a gas grill, and a covered porch that connects to the living room area. The dining table is huge and the open concept is great for vacations. The only downside is that the place is getting to be a little dated and the lay-out of bedrooms is very awkward (you need to go outside and/or through other rooms to get to some rooms).

WOW! This house was actually better than described and the photos didn't do it justice. We had a multi-gen reunion and couldn't have been happier with this rental. The proximity to the beach made it so enjoyable too. The pool & hot tub were marvelous. Lots of chairs and lounges too. The kitchen is SO well equipped and with top quality products. The description didn't mention the 2nd refrigerator in the garage & the industrial type ice maker so those two additions were huge! The TV in the front room wasn't working. I called on a Sunday requesting someone swing by on Monday to fix and a maintenance person came by that day! Great property management service!

Our stay was very nice and the pool area was really nice. Pool was very big and that is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was perfect but no space to put any groceries as they were full with dishes....also could have used more coffee cups. The bedroom situation was odd to say the least. 3 Lauren beds in one room just useless and 2 room you have to walk thru a bedroom to get to another bed. Not a good situation for adults...even kids might not like, The 2 bedrooms downstairs (basement area) were almost musty smelling. We had a nice time but the configuration of the house is a little odd! We think for the money should have been a little bit more taken care of especially cushions on furniture outside on porch. Outside area hadn’t been cleaned in years it looked like...but the porch all and all was good with a great view of ocean. The bedrooms by the garage we’re pretty much awful but someone had to stay there.
We did have 12 people with a baby ...it accommodated us but we have stayed in Myrtle in houses that were a little better set up for people to have their own bedrooms. But overall our experience was good! Would not really say it holds 22 people tho.

An extended family vacation just steps from the Ocean, pool and hot tub were great, lots of space, a lot of family games on the porch. Even a little backyard space for Kan Jam and Corn Hole.

This is a great house. Pool area is perfect, great deck and views. Bedroom set up is a bit untraditional but it worked for us (9 adults, 6 kids). It was very private, but still close to all the Myrtle Beach things you would want to do. We all agreed we would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at "Under the Sea" in Myrtle Beach. All parties enjoyed their stay and the rental property was one of the best that we have stayed. Sometimes it is the less noticed perks that are found a bit into the stay, like one set of steps, easy beach access and awesome open social space. This rental really did prove to be one of the very best that we have experienced. We would certainly consider this property for our next Myrtle Beach Vacation.

Under the Sea is an awesome home on the beach. This was our third year in a row to spend our family vacation at this beach house. It is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Even though it is close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment we choose to stay in this year. The kitchen is has new appliances so cooking for 18 was no problem. We also used Door Dash which was quick and easy. We felt safe on the beach. Plenty of room to social distance. The pool got a little cloudy one day but the pool guy came as soon as we reported it. We are looking forward to another family vacation at this same rental next year.

House was perfect and the location. Nicest place my family and I have ever stayed at. We had 20 people and the house accommodated to everyone. Only thing was the bedrooms in garage was small and had a walk way between the two bedrooms with a shower curtain as door for toilet on one side shower on other side.But we had a teenager and it worked out for him. Great house and location was perfect

There were 12 adults including us and a 4 year old and 7 mo old.I don't know where even to begin. This was such a memory making vacation with our family. I had my 75th birthday and the only thing I wanted was family time and memories. This rental property was the best . It was plenty big enough so no one felt crowded.There was'nt one thing we needed that was'nt there.blenders wine glasses toasters ect .It was very clean. the pool was clean and big and perfect.The beach was a min away , we made sand castles swam in the ocean ,walked the beach.Cooking was a delight. plenty of pots and pans ,dishes, great oven and stove and barbcue. What else can I say. It was perfect .Rode bikes , played in the sand and prayed together for a week , It just doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Thank you . We love this place called Under the sea. what a paradise.

The renovated and open kitchen is gorgeous. Had everything we needed. Loved the washers/dryers and commercial ice maker in garage. Made good use of the supplied floats, beach chairs, and bikes. The back deck, pool and beach is where we spent most of our time. The large and nicely furnished deck and ocean view was constantly being used and admired. We’ve rented a lot of beach houses and this was the nicest, largest pool ever. The pool deck and pool furniture were comfortable and inviting. Hot tub worked great. This amazing outdoor space made 20 of us not feel so cramped. Plenty of room for everyone. The dining room table and island were ample seating for us all.
One gotcha is the bedroom configurations. After reviewing the floor plans and talking to the rental company, we knew what to expect and were not surprised. It worked out well with our large group. 2 other items regarding bedrooms. That garage bedroom was hard to keep cool during the day (maybe work on the vents or use blackout curtains). And the makeshift garage bedroom bathroom should not count as a bathroom. Luckily we had 2 skinny girls in the early 20’s. Only skinny would fit there. Again, it worked for us but - with no pictures available on the website - is quite a shocker. Even knowing this, we would rent it again for the covered deck, pool and unreal ocean view! Beautiful house!!

We had 16 people ages 18 months to 70 years old. We came from 3 states. This house has been recently renovated making the kitchen, dining room, and living room all open. Everyone could be together even the cooks. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a huge gas grill outside.This house comes with 2 washers and dryers and an ice machine in the double garage. There are 4 bikes to use and 2 chairs and an umbrella are set up every day on the beach right in front of the house. This house is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions; yet it is in a residential area, so it’s seems very private. The house was clean and well maintained. When we called about the lights not coming on at night in the pool there was someone there within 30 minutes. Can’t go wrong with this beach house rental! It is absolutely awesome.

We have never come to Myrtle Beach in the fall but wanted to come celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary bringing our children and grand children. The house was amazing and had plenty of room for all of us. We felt right at home, enjoying the kitchen and meals around the big dinning room table. The grandkids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beach and the views. We hated to leave and would love to make this a yearly trip.
