Amazing views. Plenty of space for a large family.

Ideally situated at the north end of Myrtle Beach with pretty much everything close by. Very comfortable living area even for a large group of 13. Main concern for us was the balcony as the railing is very dangerous for young children. Our three-year old was small enough to slip through the rails as the spacing between them is not standard (approx. 6 inches). For peace of mind, we installed a plastic netting. Kitchen is very well equipped but was lacking towels which we had to go buy ourselves. There is no washer/dryer in the property but they are available in a common area on every floor. You have to pay each time you use them which is kind of annoying considering the rental price of the property. Apart from that and the fact we had TS Debby as a roommate, we enjoyed our stay and the facilities.

Great space, both inside and on the patio overlooking the beach. The Condo is comprised of 2, two-bedroom units. Each unit has its own air-conditioning system, which keeps the main room cold, however it struggles to cool the bedrooms. Fortunately, there were 4 fans to assist moving the cooler air into the bedrooms.
A downside is that there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a commercial pay as you go washer/dryer on each floor of the building.

Great Stay
Such a wonderful condo! Very open floor plan, plenty of space for our party of nine, and the patio was amazing with comfortable furniture. The front bedrooms do stay warm, but the host provided large floor fans to help with that and had no issues keeping the rooms cool with those. Everything was perfect for us!

Winter get-away for 4 retired couples. Very large open-concept living area and kitchen. Double-size balcony with very comfortable furniture. The living room furniture was good quality and lots of seating. Dining table can seat a dozen people. The kitchen was the best ever, very spacious. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Having our own bathrooms was perfect. The realtor’s staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and promptly responded to any questions or requests. The TVs were the only small issue. The living room and 2 master bedrooms are connected to Spectrum. The other 2 bedroom TVs are not. Strictly streaming ROKU TVs. There were limited viewing options. Also the internet was not great. We really didn’t need it very much so it wasn’t a crucial issue. In summary, I would recommend this condo highly.

Overall stay was great. Loved the location ( kind of in the middle of all the shops and restaurants). Beach was not crowded, weather was great the 4 bedrooms are good sized with plenty of storage . Kitchen is amazing with plenty of seating in the dinning room . Balcony is great as well .

Rental was well equipped. Great location. Grounds were exceptionally clean and well kept. View phenomenal! My only complaint was the oceanfront bedrooms were hot! We had to close all curtains and run fans into the rooms so we could sleep at night. One of the fans they provided was broken when we got there. Luckily we brought one from home as a noise reducer. But, not a deal breaker!

Great week great place!
Our families really enjoyed our week here and your beautiful beach home. We loved the location, the facilities, the overall cleanliness and attention that is given to the entire building. You obviously have a wonderful crew here. The beach front bedrooms got a little warm during the day but if you sit a fan at the door of the bedroom it will suck cool air in and it is ok. Kitchen is well stocked! Thanks so much!

Love the location, love the building, the staff and the condo. Had a little trouble with hurricane Ian, but can't do much about Mother Nature!

This was the perfect gathering place for our family! It was right on the beach with a balcony all the way across the front living room, perfect to watch sunrises every morning! The table was large enough for all of us to eat at and play games. The kids loved playing on the arcade. The location had easy access to grocery stores and activities nearby. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach!

Everything and more as noted on the website! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had more than enough space! It was very clean with an amazing view of the beach! It had all accommodations and convenience from baggage carts to grocery carts for easy access if unloading from the parking lot traveling up to your condo!

Very nice stay, the condo was large and lovely. The security guard, Jay, was very nice. The grounds were well maintained and the location was wonderful.
The only issue was a musty smell that I believe was coming from a drain in one of the master baths. Maintenance entered the condo one afternoon to check on another issue and it may have been related.

Great Trip Condo was nice but needs work and is outdated. Disappointing the washer dryer is in an outside room and takes coins to operate, sliding doors to patio in terrible shape and needs the slides lubricated. Nice to have 4 full bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped.

We had 4 people in our group during this period. We were all in awe when we saw the view from the balcony. It was absolutely incredible. Definitely it was the best feature of this unit. Everything was very good. All the amenities were as described and we had everything we needed to start. Everything was in working order in all rooms and we really wanted for nothing else. If I had a couple opportunities for enhancements here, they would be some general cosmetic touch up in scratches, dents, wall marks, baseboards, some fresher paint and the unit was cleaned but not pristine. Hair in bathrooms, floors a bit needed more attention, furniture on balcony needed a little care and cleaning. Though the furnishings were nice, they need some updating. They kind of seemed like a late 90's early 2000 throwback...However what was there was everything we needed and in good condition. The only other thing I would ask is that there needed to be a couple extra extra amenities (trash bags,soap, paper towels). For the cost we paid its not too much to ask for. All in all, a very positive experience and would definitely return to this area. Everything we "signed up" for we received. Thanks to the office management company for making the arrangements smooth and seamless. Also, the older security agent on duty there most of the days was fantastic and so personable. Wish I had gotten his name. We looked forward everyday to talking to him. He is a fantastic ambassador for Arcadian 2. Thanks again for everything!!!!!

Beautiful place to stay. Well equipped and plenty of room. There is space for entertaining or just relaxing on the balcony. The views are spectacular all hours of the day. I especially liked the attention to detail in the condo as well as in the building. I always felt welcomed and secure. The surrounding areas offer fun activities for every member of the family. I absolutely would return again.

Wow!!! I absolutely can’t say enough about this condo! It’s super clean and right on the beach, excellent location, uncrowded and quiet....we loved watching dolphins and sea birds every day. You feel as though you are on an island while being just 3-5 minutes from restaurants, shopping...we cooked some meals (kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more) and we ordered food in (anything you could desire is very close)...It’s the PERFECT PLACE to stay safe and work or stay safe and play! I fully intend to gather here with family and friends again very soon - this place had more space then my house and had everything I needed for a mental and physical break - we loved all the family games and the poker/roulette/craps table! Very well appointed. Had a blast! Phenomenal vacation spot. Five stars!

Great Condo
I’ve been putting together golf trips in Myrtle beach and have stayed many places for 20 years. This condo was an outstanding space for a group of 11 golfers. Plenty of room to congregate. The deck overlooking the ocean is massive and the entire condo was both clean and provided a great living space. Highly recommend booking this condo.

The property was very roomy, clean and as described. It was right on the ocean with a wonderful view. Home owners that were there werent the most friendly. Kitchen was smaller than picture portrayed, but woukd recommend the unit/facility to others and would go back. Had a great time.

Very nice place to stay! The only downside is it isnt a very equipped kitchen. If you have kids, bring some plastic dishes because the dishes are very heavy. Overall, we were very happy with the place!

It was a beautiful place to stay! Beautiful view and great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with any kind of pots, pans, or dishes you could imagine. Ping Pong table was a blast! Great people to work with while making the reservation and the Security Guard was a blast!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. Nice facilities, perfect for our group of 10. Our only complaint is we were told we'd have a washer and dryer in our unit and we didn't. There was a laundry room on our floor but it was quite pricy doing laundry for 10 people. Overall a great vacation!
