This condo was perfect! Great view and location. Construction going on was a bit annoying but the property description said there was ongoing construction.

The condo is convenient to all attractions, easy access to and from lobby and pool and beach. Great view of the ocean and pool from patio. Clean and looks to be updated inside. Overall a great stay.

It was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved being able to step out on the balcony and watch the sunset along with looking at the ocean waves. The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a very good location.

The condo is on the 1st floor and very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The on the beach location is wonderful! The condo is decorated nicely and equipped with everything you need.

Leak in ceiling of bathroom. Noise from other units.
Very good assigned parking. Very close to elevator.
TV remotes are very strange.

I previously wrote a review, but it isn't appearing and I'm being asked to submit one again. This was a very specious and perfectly-situation condo. It also was equipped with literally everything that we would need in the kitchen, which never happens.

It was missing the iron as described, but I contacted management and they remedied the situation.

Check in and check out were well-communicated and could not have been easier.

The only downside I'd give is that it could use a good deep cleaning (wipe down walls, cabinets, shampoo carpets and furniture. The unit was clean overall, but those deep-clean items were noticeable.

Absolutely will stay again.

Got there the lower level was flooded and elevator not working. Things were back in order in one day. Pool and lobby a mess but the unit was clean and comfortable

This is a great rental property. We had a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) and had plenty of room. It was clean, came stocked with kitchenware, beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. There were also board games and books for the beach. It was clean and photos were exactly as the unit appeared. We called maintenance once after 11:00pm for an issue with the AC and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Beach access and balcony views were wonderful. I would recommend staying here to family and friends.

Overall it was good, except workers onsite whole visit therefore noisy throughout the day so was not as relaxing of a vacation as it could have been. Condo had most things we needed but could use a deep clean.

Very satisfied. The condo was clean and has a good location right on the beach. There were some minor items: grab bars should be installed in the 2 bathrooms; the TV controllers were tricky to operate, and I never could get the DVD player to work. The inside and outside could use a little paint on some of the wood and metal surfaces. The cost was very reasonable and we would enjoy staying here again.

The stove oven was taking a long time to heat up. Is the stove set up for 208 volts. I an assuming there is a three phase transformer supplying the building.

There was some bugs. Not sure what type of bug.

We had an awesome time and the place was really clean and welcoming. The only issue we had was the building next door to us. They were very loud played music after hours and it was none stop next door where the parking garage is. Other then that, we loved the place but that building will diture us from next time. :(

Always nice to visit Myrtle Beach. Condo is in a good location. We like that it is a smaller building, quiet and in good shape. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Carolina dunes room 106 is the best place I've ever stayed. The room is updated, clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and more. I have stayed in this room 2 years in a row. Love the small feel of the resort.

This is the perfect location if you don't want to be smack in the center of the pier, but still close by. It was just a short drive to many different attractions and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach and laying by the pool.

The condo was updated and had all the comforts of home. The condo was very accurately described. We were steps from the pool area and the beach. We were allowed to use the amenities at the Caravelle resort which was directly next door to Carolina Dunes. The resort had a lazy river, pool, hot tub, snack bar, etc. I would definitely consider renting this condo again for my next Myrtle Beach vacation.

Rental was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, Broadway at the Beach and Outlets. Balcony is only balcony obstructed by a palm which is good for privacy, obstructed view of the beach. Clean unit, wish the bathrooms had a vent fan.

We absolutely loved the rental, it was clean, roomy enough for the 5 of us, was in a great location. The only possible complaint would be that there was a palm tree that partially blocked the view of the pool and the beach, this was a minor inconvenience.

We rented a Unit for my son's Birthday. A total of 8 People. It was great! the Unit is updated and Clean. Great for kids and teenagers. The pool area was clean and filled with chairs and umbrellas. I would stay here again!

Loved it. 3 bedrooms, lots of space, clean, beautifully laid out, great views from the balcony. You have access to other nearby pools (with your orange wrist band) if "your" pool is temporarily closed for cleaning. Also kiddie pool. Short easy walk to shore / water's edge. Every convenience. Very easy to drive to all the tourist attractions & great restaurants but area itself is on a side street with little traffic. Just perfect. I'm blissful.

My first cousins and I planned a First Cousins Retreat and stay here. This condo was PERFECT. We enjoyed EVERYTHING about the location. Updated amenities, cleanliness, parking was available, the view was beautiful. There was plenty of space for us to bond like when we were growing up. This place brought us happiness. We are excited about booking again next summer.

Great location and view of ocean, away from the hub of Myrtle Beach. Condo we originally booked was being updated so we were moved to a different condo. This was clean, nicely decorated and a great layout. Everything useful in a kitchen was there to be had. Upon arrival we noticed the pool was full of dominoes and some debris - next morning it was cleaned up! The master bathroom had a loose hook and toilet paper holder other than that it was fabulous. We would have enjoyed a hot tub though! Will recommend to family and friends and would enjoy more holidays there. Property management was prompt and very polite upon first contact. They quickly adjusted our condo rental once they realized we booked one under construction. They were also very understanding when we couldn't send our signed contract due to power outage in our home location and time frame.

Great place! The condo has recently been remodeled. Very clean unit. The rental staff was very nice to work with. One of the best features was you are only a few feet from the beach. Very nice spot for a family.

Everything is as described however the pictures do not do this place justice, it is even nicer than we though it would be. The ocean views from master bedroom, living rm, dinning rm and kitchen are incredible. Plenty of space to sprawl out and the location was great too! We have found our new vacation spot!

Robert at the management company was excellent! We described what we needed (clean and new) and he found the perfect place for us! The unit was brand new and clean and not loaded with a lot of dust collector items. Perfect unit for a family with allergies or asthma issues!

This condo is so beautifully updated and everything is brand new! We loved it and couldn't have asked for more. Also clean, quiet and only a few minutes away from golf, restaurants and entertainment.
