Very clean as it is every year. When we called about noon they said the room was almost ready. Unfortunately we had to call back at 4 for the code. Not sure why we couldn't get in a little earlier. Everything else was awesome and we booked same room for net year.

We had a wonderful stay in October 2023. The condo is very well appointed, with tasteful decorations and furnishings, and just about everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
There is a wonderfully organized kitchen, with all the comforts of home and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. I also particularly appreciated the lighting: very well-lit kitchen and baths, and comfortable lighting in other rooms. We were most impressed with the living room sliding door to the balcony, which moves effortlessly and opens wide.
From the quality balcony furniture we enjoyed sunrises, leisurely reading, and sweet study. Some might miss having a hot tub in the well-cared for pool area.
There is a short, quick trip up or down in the elevator, and carts to move items.
You will not need to bring extra hangers! This is the first condo we have stayed in that required none of the many extras I usually bring along, extra lighting, hangers, kitchen items, towels, etc. Having not met the owners, I would say they are most gracious and generous, and we are most grateful to have had the opportunity to call their condo home for a few weeks. May they continue to be blessed with appreciative guests.

Renting this condo was so easy. Our flight did not get in until 11:30pm. Arrived at condo. Keypad on door so all I had to do was put in the code and went right in. Place was so nicely decorated, up to date and clean. Felt right at home and view was amazing!! Patio furniture was so nice and comfortable too.

This unit was immaculate! Very well stocked, also quality appliances. Main bed was comfortable. The view was amazing for sunrises. Felt private even though we were in a complex. Great restaurants all within 5-10 minutes. Communication done well with everything emailed promptly after reservation and prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again!

There are many positives to renting this condo! It is a beautifully decorated condo located on the second floor. There are views of the beach and ocean. It’s so close you can even hear the ocean! Located about half way between Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the beach. Felt like a very safe neighborhood! We would definitely return to this condo! Staff at Luxury Beach rental were quick to answer the phone or respond to email! Working with them was a positive experience!

Great location well equipped. Other than neighbors smoking weed most of the time and we had to leave the porch area to keep from smelling it. Everything was great.

We’ve been going to Myrtle Beach for years and stay someplace different each time. This condo was fabulous and we want to stay there again! Not quite north myrtle but on the really nice end and quiet! Only downfall is this condo does not allow dogs and I would have loved to bring my little dog to the beach.

This place is absolutely perfect. It’s clean, updated, and has everything you could possibly need for the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. It has all the appliances and conveniently located to all the attractions. I 100% recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

We loved this condo! It was centrally located by pretty much everything. The condo is very spacious and looks just like the pictures. Wish the balcony wasn’t directly over the pool but not a big deal. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and they stock you with extra bath towels! Unit was very clean and they seem to clean the building and walkways every morning. Would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo inside was great. The rental company professional and good communication. The beach was cleaned every morning and dragged. Plenty of room on the wide beach. The pool was clean and the furniture was nice. The small lobby could use some updates. My only complaint was a terminator knock on the door to spray and I was never notified. My biggest concern was the week we visited,it was Black Bike week and it impacted our stay. We changed some of our plans to avoid the crowds of motorcycles and the party atmosphere that came with it. It was not my scene and wish I had known about it in advance. I researched golf courses, restaurants and attractions but didn't know about motorcycle week until we got there and security showed up in the condo parking.

Absolutely one of the best condos we have ever stayed in during our visits to Myrtle Beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay in this condo again. There was absolutely nothing that one could ask for while staying away from home. Condo was well furnished with anything needed and exceptionally clean!

The rental experience is always easy with Luxury Beach Rentals. We've stayed in several different units at Carolina Dunes. #205 is one of the nicest, so far. The pictures are spot on. The owners have obviously gone the extra mile to to decorate in soft, neutral, comfortable & calming decir! Thank you! Also, out of every rental we've come across, this kitchen was the best stocked, with nice cookware & utensils....everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, & the unit was very clean. Beautiful view, too. I only wish it had been available for a longer stay.

Myself and my family including two grandchildren really enjoyed our stay. The rental was well supplied with everything one needed to enjoy the stay(including games for the kids). The rental had been recently upgraded and was really nice. Having the pool and the beach to enjoy was really nice even though we had rain almost everyday day we still had time to enjoy the beach and pool. The other guest that occupied the property were all very nice as well.
