We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Dunes. The deadbolt on the entrance door would not lock. The showers could use some grab bars for us handicaped folks. That is the only suggestions I would make. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was great, had everything we needed. Location was great also. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room. Everything in condo worked and there was plenty of bowls and necessities in the kitchen. Great place!

We have stayed at this property several times. The condo unit is great. The property itself could use some TLC. The pool in particular needs updating.
The trash dumpster was over flowing all week.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The condo location was perfect and because it is a smaller building it was fairly quiet at all times. We enjoyed all of the beach accessories that were included in the condo and the owner responded quickly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Overall, it was a great trip!

Views off the balcony are amazing! We got up almost every morning and watched the sun rise which was absolutely beautiful. Pool is very nice and very clean. Beach access is so easy and perfect. Layout of the condo is great. Location is great being about a 10 minute drive to Boardwalk. Beach and sand are very nice. Building is a bit outdated. Not sure I would exactly call this luxurious, but it was much more than adequate, and we had an awesome time!

The room was clean and fit our family of 8 perfectly! It had everything we needed to be comfortable for an entire week. The view was great and the location was just as perfect. We definitely will be staying here again.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this unit and it was just as great as before. There is plenty of space for a large family and the location can't be beat. Easy to get to many attractions but close to restaurants and stores to stock up for your stay. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. There is plenty of room for everyone and everything. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of storage and supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. The balcony looks over the pool and beach making for a great spot to have your morning coffee. The location is close to many attractions and parking is a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property! The condo is just like the pictures show and it was relaxing watching the ocean right from the living room and balcony! The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay! We loved the location as it's only a short drive to anything you want. You could walk to a few restaurants and stores but we chose to drive. The owner was quick to respond to any emails.We went to the Carolina Opry which was hubby was in paradise eating all the seafood he could want! We had some rain while there and went shopping, there are lots of good shopping locations! I would definitely stay here again while visiting Myrtle Beach!

Everything was wonderful in this unit! The only complaint I have was that the pillows on the master bedroom bed were terrible. Other than that everything was wonderful. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great stay in this condo. Very spacious and clean! Condo sits right on the beach. Everything in the condo has been updated. And kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware.

Condo was great. Need more water pressure in the master shower. Other than that, the condo was spot on. Did have a lot of swimmers in the pool this year that were not staying at Carolina Dunes. And the pool area may need some refreshing, it was not as nice and kept up as years past. But really nothing too major to complain about.

The unit was great, clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Second time we've stayed in a unit in this building with a rental from this company. Not only do we love the units, the transactions are always smooth with Luxury Vacation Rentals. Everything handled online, no precious vacation hours spent trying to find a rental office to sign papers and pick up/drop off keys. That is a HUGE bonus for us!!!! See you next year!

We had a long series of unfortunate events occur during our trip down. Arriving at the condo made it all worth it. It was my whole family's first time in South Carolina and we loved everything about it. The place was beautiful. We appreciated the easy process of renting and checking out, it was really hassle free. The view is amazing, and the spot on the beach is perfect and so nice and quiet. We loved that beach chairs were provided in addition to linens. The place is unforgettable and we definitely have intentions of returning for another stay.

Perfecting situated in a quiet neighbourhood, we were treated to stunning morning sunrises, enjoyed long walks along the beach and dined with an ocean view every night. The suite is turnkey. What more can one ask?

The property was conveniently located. There was a beautiful view. Myrtle beach exceeded my expectations and I have been to every island in the Caribbean. The only difference is the color of the water.
Management was very nice and helpful. We never made dinner in the fabulous kitchen but I would go back for longer to use it. Lol

This was a beautiful condo, spacious and clean. We all loved it and there were 8 of us! The only thing we were unhappy with was the pool was closed several hours one day and an entire day another and it was a very hot week.

This was the first time the family went to Myrtle Beach and the manager was excellent. The pictures were exctly as the condo looked. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

My husband, parents, and in-laws all enjoyed a week at Carolina Dunes and fell in love with our condo! It was perfect as it was totally updated and there was room for all of us to have our own space! We loved the location, the views, the pool, and being right on the beach! We would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Myrtle Beach area!

We had an amazing stay yet again. Management called just to make sure everything was going great so far! The room was fantastic as it always is! We only wish you guys offered heated pools! Very nice condo. would definitely rent again. Hallway shared bathroom is pretty little for 2 bedrooms to be sharing, other than that, entire condo is very nice. plenty of towels and condo very comfortable. very pleased with the rental

The rooms we absolutely amazing. Everything had been updated and the living space was roomy and made it feel just like home. It was quiet and we had absolutely no problems. All the appliances we up to date as well. Very nice experience overall. My family and I would definitely stay there again! We definitely give this a 5 star rating!

Could not have been more pleased with our stay at Carolina Dunes #406. The pictures DO NOT do the unit justice. It is an end unit which makes it very bright & airy. The Condo my husband and I rented was very nice,comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, convenient to Airport, shops, stores and Resturants. We had a wonderful vacation and would request to rent the same condo on our next vacation to Myrtle Beach.

The Carolina Dunes condo was so much nicer then the pics posted!!! The view from our balcony was so beautiful! Everything worked perfect and the kitchen has all new appliances. There were so many dishes and cookware we did not need anything. We stayed for 5 days and never had an concerns or issues. The people are friendly and we felt safe. It was so nice to n able to walk right out to the beach. We plan on going back in July and I will defiantly be calling to rent again! Thank you so much!!

Seamless process and professional, top notch service. The condo decor is gorgeous and it felt just like home. It is an extremely quiet property and the ocean view from the very large balcony is great. The sunrises were spectacular every morning of our stay! We will definitely reserve this condo again when we return to Myrtle Beach.

We rented this place for 5 nights and at the end of the stay we did not want to leave. This place was amazing. The apartment is beautiful, we felt at home and got very comfortable and its at a great location. The management was very helpful from the time we made the booking and when we were there and needed help. We loved this place and most of us know we will be coming back to the same place when u visit this area.

We had a great time in this unit. Just the right amount of room and everything in the unit is new even smelled new inside. The building is older but once you walk in this unit you would never know it. Definitely would stay here again.
