The property was just as described and had easy access to the beach and pool! The view was amazing...right on the beach!!! It was nice and quite time to come and the place was clean! The only complaint I would have is the electricity went out for a while there and with two people in my party that were handicapped, they were stranded as they were able to use the stairs! Fortunately, this was only out for a few hours. We can’t wait to return!

This is the second time we have stayed at Carolina Dunes and will definitely go back. We had some hot water issues that took a few days to remedy but all was taken care of. Excellent vacation.

A wonderful time to be in Myrtle Beach. It was quiet, peaceful and inexpensive. Our stay was roomy, comfortable and clean with an amazing view and access to the beach. A couple bumps—pool wasn’t heated, remotes and cables were missing— but nothing that changed our wonderful vacation

Great experience. Only complaint would be that my Key Code was sent to my Spam mail. I never look at my Spam mail. Caused some confusion but was easily corrected.

Our visit was great. The condo was very comfortable, the cabinets in the restrooms were a bit dated and low and an electric can opener would have been nice to have rather than a hand held. The bed in the master bedroom was very cofortable and the size and decor of the condo was very nice. We enjoy the location. We will plan to vacation at this location again.

This was our first time booking with Luxury Beach Rentals. We found them after striking out on AirBnb for places in Myrtle Beach that met our expectations for the price we wanted to pay. Overall, the entire experience was enjoyable. The communication was always clear from booking to checkout.

We stayed in Unit #502 in the Carolina Dunes building in Myrtle Beach. The unit was exactly as pictured. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large open concept living spaces. The unit was squeaky clean upon arrival and our parking passes were waiting for us on the counter.

The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cups for our stay. We love to cook on vacation, and we had everything we needed. The fridge/freezer was large and had an ice maker which was an additional bonus.

The bathrooms could use a bit of updating/minor repairs,, but nothing that made us regret staying there. The water pressure and hot water was perfect for the three of us staying there (many times using both showers at the same time).

There was plenty of room for storage of our clothes and items, and the balcony was a good size. The furniture on the balcony could be upgraded and washed, as it is plastic and gets dirty from the elements. We LOVED that the sliding doors opened almost the entire way.

The amenities provided were sufficient, the building was clean and well lit. It was very convenient to have a digital lock so we didn’t need to take a key to the beach. The unit is overlooking the grassy area and has an amazing view of the beach. The pool was clean but always busy with families, so it was hard to enjoy some days (but that is inevitable!).

Some things to note if staying:
- The trash is no longer a cart, but a dumpster in the parking lot to the left of the building when looking at it from the parking area.
- The chairs and umbrellas are not free, so bring your own if you can

This was my first time renting a condo. I brought my 88 year old mother along to Myrtle Beach so I knew I needed limited walking and comfort. The Carolina Dunes exceeded those expectations. It was a beautiful kitchen for us to make meals and the perfect balcony to eat those meals. We slept in comfort too!

The ocean front view was amazing, the double patio doors were huge and opened with ease, the master bedroom also had great views of the ocean and balcony was spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice, it was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was wonderful too, the pool chairs were very comfortable and I liked that there were also tables with umbrellas. The parking was right next to the building it couldn’t be better. Unlike most places where you have to use a parking structure across the street. We can’t wait to come back!

The rental was just what we needed. A clean two bedroom condo with a ocean view and easy access to the beach or the pool. The condo had all the amenities that you needed for a comfortable stay for my family. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

As advertised. We were very happy with the overall experience, great location, away from the busy downtown. Parking is terrific, grounds very well maintained daily. We have rented many times in MB, these units are large and ocean front. Had a few maintenance issues inside the unit, one phone call and corrected same day...excellent service! Will return next year.

This complex has a pool, kiddie pool, and beach access. It was a smaller complex, which meant no crazy amenities, but also easy parking, and not many others around, which was so nice. The condo itself has a great kitchen, and a beautiful master suite that has balcony access. The view was incredible. We initially chose this property because there were not a ton of extra fees attached, and I'm so glad we did!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carolina Dunes!! It is a smaller building, which we like. It was quiet and very family friendly. We were very impressed with how well the grounds were kept!!!! The young man who I think may have been named Greg took a lot pride in his work every morning making the grounds spotless for the Guests. We loved our unit and would stay there again without hesitation!!!!!

We were thoroughly impressed from the first moment we walked into the condo. The online pictures just didn't do it justice. This was our family's first trip to Myrtle Beach, so we were hoping for decent accommodations. To our surprise, the rental had far exceeded our expectations. The owners have done a great job in maintaining this property. The condo was spacious and clean with all updated amenities as promised. Although we were on the 5th floor, our condo was so private and noise free from other neighbors. The owner was so helpful and made it super easy once we got to the condo and we appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this condo for those thinking about renting it. The next time we come to Myrtle Beach, we hope this condo is available because we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Thanks for cherry on top of our summer vacation.

Great vacation. We have stayed at the Carolina Dunes several times. The condo was very nice, clean, up to date. We love the ocean front view from the condo. The only issue is the parking situation. If you aren't back at the condo before 9:30 pm, you have to park up and across the street at an overflow parking garage. Our condo package had us listed for two parking spaces that were numbered on passes. However, none of the spaces are no longer numbered so it's first come first served. But that isn't enough to keep us from staying there again it is a really nice accommodation. We really love Myrtle Beach and the Carolina Dunes made this trip especially good again. Thank you. This was the perfect place for our beach get away. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great central location 4 Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Love the pool so nice and clean. This condo has a great large balcony. We were able to hang out on the back balcony and just relax and watch the ocean waves. We will be back this is a great place to vacation

The condo is spacious and lovely, with great views of the beach. We enjoyed the comfortable beds & the sheer amount of space in this condo (seriously!). We had everything we could need and the condo was spotlessly clean. It's a short walk out to the beach and the pool is a few steps from the elevator, too. Would love to stay again!!

My mother had never been to the beach. Wanted to bring her. With it being beach front it was very easy to get her on the beach. Not a long walk. She could also see me when I went on the beach while she rested. Very clean. She felt like she was in a home.

My family and I were looking for a first time Myrtle Beach vacation rental. By chance I found Carolina Dunes. I read the other reviews and decided to listen to other guests remarks and book our stay with them. My family and I are sooo glad I did,from the start everyone was courteous and once we arrived it continued. Carolina Dunes is located right on the beach, which we loved, if you forgot something in your condo you could just run and get it. You are just minutes away from adventure, shops and dining. Our condo was clean and gorgeous and the balcony views were amazing! We arrived home and that Monday I placed a hold on our condo for next year. I feel we are going to be staying here for many years to come. Thank you for making our new destination vacation spot a lovely and enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

We had an amazing vacation in this condo. The views are incredible and it is so relaxing. The condo itself is very large with a big balcony and kitchen! Everything is so well kept and updated. The kitchen has granite countertops and all rooms have nice flat screen tvs! The beds were very comfortable which is important to us as my husband has back problems. The management company was great to deal with and they even give you beach chairs! We would love to come back next year!
