Carolina Dunes Penthouse 703

Rental process was very easy. Check in was easy as well. The condo is absolutely beautiful! The balcony was one of my favorite places to watch the sunrise, sunbathe or eat (there is a table set and chairs). The only issue I had was there are no extra toilet paper rolls for the bathroom, only what’s on the roll. This is mentioned in the check in info though and bringing it with you, is an easy fix. Rental agent was very responsive, for special needs.

We love coming to Myrtle Beach and love your company. We were very frustrated with the check in time and the cleaning company was not very good or nice. Check in time is way to late and should be more accommodating as most of your guest are from out of state.
The room is beautiful as well as the view.

This is one of those rare instances where the property was even better than the pictures. Grounds were well maintained daily, management was friendly and easy to deal with. The view is amazing and location was perfect for us. Close enough to everything but not to close that you got all the boardwalk hustle and bustle. We was very pleased with our stay in room 703. Felt like home away from from. The only suggestion I would have is there needs to be a full body mirror added to the master suite bedroom. Overall everything was nice and clean. We plan to reserve the same room for vacation 2024

The condo was in a great location and met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and having the start up supplies was helpful.
The communication with the property management company was quick and helpful. We loved the open floor plan and the beautiful view of the ocean. Having the large balcony was awesome. I do have a complaint, we paid for cleaning but still had to strip the beds and wash, dry and put away the dishes. Not sure that should be the responsibility of someone that is paying and I’m vacation. Also, the blankets are not washed. This is unacceptable at any time but especially now, it’s scary.

We started vacationing in Myrtle Beach back in the 90s.With the exception of a couple of years we always stayed at the Carolina Dunes. This particular room (703) is the best by far, Great balcony with fantastic views and a very well equipped kitchen to be able to eat in every night if you desired. Will be back for sure.

We took our kids on there first trip to the beach and it did not disappoint! The condo is in an amazing location! It was perfect to literally walk outside and be on the beach. Having a shared pool was a plus too. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The owner provided lots of kitchen appliances and cookware, they also provided beach chairs and sand toys. We will defiantly be back to this condo in the future!

This property is absolutely amazing! It’s everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It’s decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it’s clean and well maintained, the views are spectacular, And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 9/20/20 so we spent quite a bit of time on the deck and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this Penthouse is the best place to do that! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

After spending many vacations in cramped condos with soiled and/or outdated furnishings, or not even enough seating, this condo was a wonderful surprise. We felt at home immediately. The vacation rental 703 at Carolina Dunes is totally awesome!! There are many things we enjoy, but I would have to say the location , being right on the beach and the seventh floor is just breathtaking !! My family is from around Gettysburg Pa, so for many many years, like 20 plus we have vacationed in Ocean City Md. so last year we decided to try Myrtle Beach!! Well, I will never be going back to Ocean City!! The ride is like five hours long get to get here, but man is it worth it!! We have fallen in love with this beach and the condo!! We are very happy with everything!! We noticed they did some upgrades to the condo which was very nice!! I can’t think of one bad thing to say!! We had a lovely week and made wonderful memories!! ❤️

Just what the doctor ordered after a really stressful 2018! It was just absolutely the best place. Such a wonderful,relaxing home. The sunrises were magnificent from the bedroom/balcony as were the stars from the balcony at night. Eventhough weather was rainy part of time, it didn't matter, cause such a comfortable place to relax. Just truly a wonderful place.

This was a long weekend at the end of October with three other friends. I booked a "penthouse" unit so that we would have a large balcony to use, weather permitting. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit gave us plenty of room and we never felt crowded.

The weather cooperated and when we were at the unit, for the most part, we spent our time outside on the balcony with a fantastic view of the beach. Also saw a beautiful sunrise every morning.

The unit was well-equipped with everything that we needed. When we arrived there was a "starter" supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, bath soap, shampoo, etc. Linens were provided (with the exception of beach towels) and the beds were already made up.

We only managed to go to the beach one afternoon for a leisurely walk; however I did notice four beach chairs, in good condition, in the closet, to use if we wanted to sit at the beach for a while.

Two reserved "underground" parking spaces were provided. During high season it would be great to not worry about where to park.

I had no direct dealings with the management company, other than the reservation process.

I would definitely recommend this unit, and I'm hoping that I'll have the opportunity to use it again in the future.

The location is perfect. The entire penthouse was exactly as it appears online. The decor is very nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked. The beach chairs were great. I would recommend this for a family or a girls' weekend. I forgot a shirt in the closet and the company mailed it to me! That's service :)

We rented this condo one month ago and we had a wonderful experience!! We arrived on at Saturday, and was there about an hour before checking, so we went up the road to Walmart and got a few things then headed back. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door!! It is gorgeous inside and when I stepped foot on the deck, I was in love!! My family and I thought it was very clean and the location was great, very close to shopping, nice restaurants, mini golf etc... The condo had a nicely stocked kitchen and we just couldn’t get enough of how beautiful it was decorated inside!! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who loves the beach!! Our stay definitely made us want to come back!!

First time using Luxury Beach Rentals and we were quite pleased with our unit #703. The parking was wonderful and very close to the elevator, a real plus when you have two people with breathing issues. The unit was well equipped, actually had more than we expected. This beautiful home was even better than the pictures. My wife and I walked in and, upon immediately seeing that gorgeous ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, we knew we were in heaven. In addition to the bathrooms having complimentary toiletries (soap, conditioner, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), the owners had a welcome packet waiting for us with coupon books, Myrtle Beach attractions to see, and Coozies. We spent a huge chunk of time playing games and drinking cocktails on the ginormous private balcony, which the sun faces nearly all day, for those looking to sunbath privately. One of the greatest parts of this location is that it's about 3 miles in both directions from the over-populated beach spots, so you truly feel like you have your own private beach, while still being able to walk a few miles on the beach in either direction if you're looking for more lively entertainment (you MUST visit the beachfront bar called Ocean Annie's, about 3 miles north. Live music and amazing cocktails!). The ONLY thing to note is that there is no grocery store in WALKING distance (the closest is about a mile away), so if you don't have a car, have a cab take you there before or else you will spend a lot of money on food delivery. We loved this unit so much that we already started looking at dates to visit again in a few months. You won't regret booking this unit! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here! We had a wonderful stay in this penthouse condo. It was very easy to access via code entrance and it looked exactly as imaged in the photographs. Very spacious and open concept with amazing views of the ocean from the living room balcony and the master bedroom window. The sunrises from this vantage point were breathtaking. The condo was clean and tidy, however, the unit was a bit dusty. The draperies, when moved, left a trail of dust in the air and the morning light from the windows shows a layer of dust on all the furniture. Otherwise, the bathrooms, kitchen, and linens were very clean. There is no musty smell and, being that the unit is pet and smoke free, it did not have any bad smells at all. Just the smell of the salt air. This is a great space for groups and the kitchen appliances worked great. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and it was well stocked with just about everything I needed to make all of our dishes. It even had a garlic press! Who would have thought? The condo was very quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this unit again should we return to Myrtle Beach. Thanks Luxury Beach Rentals!

I have recently returned from a Myrtle Beach vacation at Carolina Dunes. We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse condo. The pictures online does not do justice to this wonderful condo. We were extremely pleased with Robert, who was very knowledgeable when we booked and helpful during our stay. We were contacted during our stay to see if all of our needs were being met. This was a nice touch. The view from the oceanfront balcony from this unit was incredible. The pool was refreshing and well kept. We will continue to come back, as we have done in the past. The location was super. We could go to nearby restaurants and food stores, but we were in an extremely quiet area of Myrtle Beach. We were close enough to enjoy all of the attractions in Myrtle Beach, but not in the center of it all. I would recommend Carolina Dunes highly!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo had everything we could ask for and then some. The condo was even prettier jn person. There was plenty of room for our family and LBR was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. There were tons of restaurants nearby and Broadway at the Beach (my kids' favorite) was an easy 8 minute drive. If we return to MB, I would definitely rent from here again!!

we came to your area for a ball tournament, with our family of 6! this rental had it all, clean- we'll kept and very comfortable for our entire crew! We have a family of 6 so we need a place that can accommodate our growing children and this place was perfect! It was bigger than I even imagined. My wife & I were able to have privacy while the kids had plenty of room. The balcony was incredible and we used it often. We spent most of our time at the beach and the chairs, etc. that were supplied were very handy. We have stayed in Myrtle for many summer vacations and I will say this was the best place we have stayed. Only two recommendations, one is it would be nice to have an umbrella over the table on the balcony to provide some shade in that the balcony has full sun most of the day. The other recommendation would be to attend to the birds that are nesting in the covered parking area. The parking spots were right next to the door which was really convenient. Only issue is that we had bird droppings on our vehicle all week. Not a huge deal but it would be nice if you could discourage the birds from nesting in that area. Other than that it was fantastic and we plan on coming back again next year.

Our family loved this condo! When you walk in the front door you immediately see this amazing panoramic view of the beach and ocean! We really enjoyed the large balcony for coffee sipping in the morning and watching the dolphins go by in the afternoon. We really hated to leave and hope to come back again. We stayed in this unit for 10 days. There were 7 of us and 3 of them were children. We had so much room and nobody felt cramped at all. The balcony is amazing. The staff on the grounds were courteous and kept the building well maintained. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach before and most places you have a parking garage to deal with. Here you are able to park right by the entrance. It was a huge plus having a washer and dryer in the unit especially with little kids and to clean your beach towels. That was a first for us. The only thing that would make the unit better would be another set of dishes. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back!

This unit far exceeded our expectations! Our entire family including toddler grandchildren had a wonderful time. The unit was beautiful and you couldn't ask for better views of the beach and the ocean. Bedrooms were not only spacious but beautifully decorated. The views from this unit are amazing!!! The inside of the condo is very updated and clean! I am very picky and don't say that lightly. The condo has two parking spaces right next to the lobby which is great for coming and going. The location could not be better as it is close to all the attractions. Loved the pool area! This is a great condo complex, with a large pool area and goegeous beach just steps away. The complex is oceanfront / family oriented and only 10 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. This unit has one of the best views and huge balcony! The furnishings and décor are very nice and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details. The master bedroom has its own access to the balcony which we found to be a nice feature. The property management personnel were very prompt and helpful in attending to things that required attention. The grounds are well kept and pretty. We would love to stay here again!
