Forest Dunes 1702

The condo was very clean with up to date furnishings and had plenty of space for our group. The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new. HVAC was in great working order as were the showers and household appliances. I loved how easy the instructions to operate the cable TV were. I like to be able to come into a unit, push a button get connected, see the local weather, news and especially since the Olympics were on- be able to watch after a hot day at the beach. To come back, relax, and catch up on the local news or not have to sign into a streaming platform which sometimes gets complicated. Kudos for allowing this to be one of the easiest TV instructions at a condo. The linens on the beds were fantastic, crisp and clean but didn't make up for the poor mattress / bed frame support. The front door has seen its better days. (How does a metal door warp and if you're going to replace the lock & keypad why wouldn't you include a deadbolt as originally installed?) I wish I'd have had a portable lock along for added security to place from the inside. The location;to Lyft or Uber to places: 5-10 minutes on average. We were close enough to walk to the hippie beach coffee shop one day. The concierge made it right when our pool bands were not working at the secure gate, they brought us new ones. The pool was refreshing and clean and the spa was relaxing. Neither was crowded. The staff and team members at the resort were pleasant every time we encountered them. The trash dumpsters are located out back of the property beyond the parking garage; past the dog relief area and beyond the smoking area in the alleyway. This location is rather inconvenient. On checkout morning the front desk agent allowed us to put our luggage in a secure area while we went for brunch. This was much appreciated as our flight wasn't until later in the evening.
Overall we had a pleasant and satisfying stay in a lovely condo that met our needs with gorgeous views of the beach.

This place was perfect for my family. Nice pools, inside and outside. Great restaurant with affordable prices. The unit was a good size, and had everything we needed.

We stayed in this condo for a month and it was amazing. The view is stunning!! The maintenance people were great, needed help getting the tv and thermostat explained. I would stay here again!

Great condo in a wonderful location
We enjoyed our January and February stay. Plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. Great view of the beach from our living room and balcony. The furnishings were comfortable and well stocked. Large balcony was enjoyable with plenty of sun. I just wished the slider from our bedroom to the balcony wasn't bolted closed. Comfortable beds and loved the view from the master bedroom. Large master bath and plenty of closet space. Quite beach just across the street with a great cabana to enjoy the peaceful view of the beach. On site restaurant, but it is closed during the off season. I used the nature walk along the street everyday. The pools were very nice, and the indoor pool is heated. It was good to have a washer and dryer in the condo.

I recently completed a five week stay at Forest Dunes #1702. We were very impressed. The condo is well decorated and well supplied. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo clean. Great views and large living area. Loved being right on the beach and our own private cabana. Luxury Beach Rentals was easy to work with, and responded quickly to any issues we had. I hope to rent this unit again.

Love this area. Just enough away from the real "hustle & bustle" but close enough to everything you want to do. Beach is right across the street or stay and lounge in the pool or lazy river. Lots of great restaurants near by or stay and frequent on site "Buckets" for light meals and drinks. Condo was clean,comfortable and offered a great view of the ocean. Will surely be back.

The property was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed here due to the proximity to the Ned Donkle athletic complex. The condo itself was the perfect layout for our family. The master bedroom was huge and enjoyed having the powder area. A few things that would have made the stay perfect: a better mattress in the master bedroom. It was like sleeping on concrete. The master bathroom shower had a huge gnat issue due to a drainage issue.

This rental was like being at home. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. There really isn't anything more you could ask for. If you are looking for a getaway that you will be comfortable in and enjoy your vacation I truly suggest this place.

Forest dunes (17th floor) was a spectacular view. Low amounts of people on the beach the whole week. Had a great time and will definitely consider going back next year.

We were very pleased with this unit. It was furnished with good quality furniture, bedding and kitchen items. Very clean, air and all appliances worked perfectly. They thought of all the details, power strips for your electronics, very nice chairs for the beach. Very impressed with amount of storage- large walk in closet in master and nice pantry in kitchen. Needed service request for TV question and they were very responsive. Would love to rent again!

Overall, the condo was as advertised. One of the twin beds had trash underneath it. The towel rack in guest bath and toilet paper holder in master bath need to be fixed. Water pressure in both showers was very weak. We felt for a 7 day stay, there should have been more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. And no tissue/kleenex was found. It would have been good to know there is a Keurig vs a coffee pot. Other than this, we were very happy with the condo!

A lot of space for a family. My family enjoyed their stay. We did not want to leave. It was very clean and the beach access close. Property management very help with any needs and they did follow up. I will book this property again.
