Step onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking ocean views, sunrises and sunsets. Horizon at 77th features an outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub on our elevated ocean view water recreation plaza. Located on the same floor, you will find an indoor pool and hot tub.

- This is a non smoking building. Including balconies
- Free onsite parking. Due to limited space in the parking garage, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per reservation
- No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises (Parking garage has 6'10" clearance)
- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
- The indoor pool is heated year-round
- The outdoor pools and lazy rivers are heated from the end of February until the season begins (around April) and mid-fall until November. The outdoor pools and lazy rivers are not heated November through February.

We stayed in the condo for 3 nights. When we opened the door we were instantly impressed! The view is amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated. As we walked thru we noticed then abundance of towels blankets and all of the little extras. Our host was attentive and so gracious. They had games stocked to play with our grandson. There is also beach toys and plenty of space.
We had no issues at all with the condo!
