Tray ceilings, paneled interior doors, bead-board lined stairwells, and crown molding accent the interior of this mint condition beach house. This home offers three covered patios and the top floor patio offers spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Sleep Accommodations:
The first floor has a half kitchen with fridge, living room with sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, laundry room and a full bathroom. On the second floor there is the main living area, dinning room, large kitchen and a bedroom with two full sized beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third floor has the other four bedrooms, the first room has a one full sized bed and an attached private bathroom, the second bedroom has one full sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third room that has two full-sized beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

-Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent
-This house is non smoking.
-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.
-Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 3. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)
-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

This house is great. More room than we even needed. It’s about 1 and a half blocks from the beach. The agency was attentive and checked in often. We really had no issues. Parking is tight-but works. One of the bathrooms shower and toilet backed up but there were 4 others and it happens. The only recommendation I might have is adding a garage door opener-but I can see this getting lost in a rental. The property was very nice. Contractors working on neighboring house made parking an issue temporarily. Relocated our vehicle to the street without issue. Luckily it was off season and no one else needed the spots behind the unit. Great location and accommodated 3 families! Home needs lots of TLC - new carpeting, new mattresses, kitchen faucet fixed etc. For the rental price I would of expected it to be in 'tiptop' shape. Very nice house with room for 8 men. Rental company was very professional and communicated with me whenever i had questions. I have no complaints at all from our stay. Wishes/recommendation (were not a big deal but could make the stay a little more enjoyable!): Fix the kitchen faucet, fix water pressure for shower in master bath, add garage code panel for outside to inside access.
