The house was clean and very cozy. I love that it had an elevator because I had a stroke and can’t walk up stairs and we brought along a 92 years old grandmother who was able to use the elevator and didn’t have to stay on one floor. Only had one issue trying to cut on the TV’s but we figured it out.

This rental surpassed my expectation with all the extra space and rooms. For the price, it blows pass any luxury hotel in that area. Would never stay in a hotel again.

My family and I rented the Landyns for Thanksgiving 2022. The house was immaculate and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. However, we did have a minor problem that needed attention (the oven). The staff sent someone to the house to take a look in less than 2 hours. Since it was a holiday weekend, we made do with one oven vs two, and it all worked out well.

The location is excellent, with stores nearby, and the Boardwalk was close enough for a short drive. We had a great time!

Everything about this house is amazing. True luxury. The location, decor, comfort, amenities, cleanliness etc. We had a wonderful time and will be back in the future. Highly recommend this home.

We recently stayed in Landyns Beach House over New Years and loved the property! It is a very short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and comfortable.

The house was everything you could ask for on vacation with family. The rental company was very responsive to my emails and messages. We did have a couple of hiccups but nothing that would make me give this place a negative rating. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with the house, rental company, as well as the location of the rental property which was a block from the beach.

This is the second time we have rented a property at Myrtle Beach through Luxury Beach Rentals, LLC and you guys certainly do not disappoint or oversell any of your properties. This house is absolutely extraordinary. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well situated in a quiet yet centrally located area just two blocks from the beach. It was so quick and easy to get to so many attractions, shops and restaurants from this house. We felt so safe staying here! Our only complaint is that in the queen room the tv is located to one side of the bed which made it hard for my parents to watch at night once they retired for the evening. My son also complained that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. After a couple of nights he ended up sleeping on the sofa and not the sofa bed for the rest of our stay. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we will not hesitate to recommend this house to everyone we know.

This spacious comfortable condo was definitely accommodating. Dining for 8. Screened in front porch w/ ceiling fans. Main floor balcony, wifi, central air, 4 full baths 1 half bath. Master bedroom has walk in closet. You won't regret renting here for your next vacation. Has washer and dryer. Has elevator so when you bring groceries in you don't have to carry them up the steps Or your luggage or your worn out self. Way better than any hotel room or resort. We will be back.

We used this property for a vacation with extended family, and it was the perfect set up. Access to the beach was a brief 2 min walk. We had 10 people in our party, and the home was spacious where no one felt too crowded. The home decor was outstanding, and everyone felt very comfortable. The master bedroom is significantly larger than the other bed rooms (walk-in closet, large bathroom area, separate sitting area), and has access to a 3rd floor balcony. So if you plan to stay with multiple families, and the cost is being split, the people/couple staying in the master bedroom should expect to pay a larger share of weekly rental fees.

We had a great time at this home, very beautiful and well furnished, I had brought kitchen supplies but didn’t have use for it because the house is fully equipped, easy access to the beach and it’s very close to everything, will be renting again.

My friends and I decided to rent this beach house and host a reunion for several couples over a few days. We are retired folks and use to a certain level of luxury in our accommodations. This house more than exceeded our discerning tastes. The house looks like a brand-new home! It is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to satisfy even a gourmet cook. There is a smart TV in every room. The master suite is exceptional with a jetted shower to die for and I plan to get one when I remodel my bathroom. The elevator was an added perk that I missed when I looked at the pictures of the property. The home is in a nice quiet residential area and less than a five-minute walk to the beach. Almost anything you desire can be found in the surrounding area. The men naturally noticed the golf course a short distance from the house and plan to use it on our next vacation. Needless to say, we had a wonderful trip, and it was largely due to this house! I will Definitely rent this beautiful home again!

We had an amazing experience in this beach rental!! It's sooooo spacious with amazing décor and functionality. The location was perfect, literally just steps from the beach and some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Plus the elevator was a really nice feature. My family and I plan to come back and enjoy this place again!

We loved the house but no ocean view at all. The pictures of the house is exactly what you get (beautiful). Needs soap dishes and several extra blankets.
More towels than you can use we had 5 adults and never ran out of towels.
High end furniture both inside and out. The elevator was great for senior guest.
