Great location and great property. Everything needed was provided. Only negative was a few of the blind pull cords were broken or missing and the garbage in the two 50 gallon containers appeared not to have been emptied in weeks and were completely full. However, still a great place to stay.

My family spent the four days after Labor Day in the property. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were to our liking. The house is very spacious which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were exactly what we needed for 4 married couples and an additional single traveler. We loved that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Management responded promptly to questions and concerns, and acted quickly when garbage left behind outside by previous occupants became a nuisance. If we were to recommend a change, it would be to find a way to access the garage without having to get in and out of your vehicle to go inside the garage to raise the doors from the inside.

The house was perfect for our group as far as number if bedrooms, location, price, etc. One bedroom had a smaller than expected bed (appeared to be a full when a queen or king would've been ideal). A grill would've been nice. Would stay here again.

Warm, welcoming, spacious, beautiful beach home! Our family loved every minute here. Just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores are so close by. The elevator helped bring groceries up quicker and my knees are bad. Each room has its own bathroom and tv so the kids were occupied in their personal space as well.

My family and I loved staying in this spacious, well-kept home. We were able to spread out using the three levels, and we also had a large enough space to eat, play and hang together. We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. There was also one bathroom on the main level for all to share. Great location too. 5-minute walk to the beach, Starbucks, and convenience store. The renters were amazing and easy to work with.

This property was lovely. One of my main goals was an elevator for my father who would be 18 days post knee replacement. The elevator was fabulous. But it would be great to have handrails around the toilets and showers as well. It would also be great to know at booking that two of the three cars HAVE to go in the garage. I drive a Yukon XL and my father drives a 2500 crew cab king bed.......neither fit in the garage.
The shower heads need to be cleaned to increase water pressure.

House is beautiful as always. However I did notice that the linens and bed comforter & pillows are the same from a year ago when we stayed there. I was very put off by this. We know these are not washed as frequently as the bed sheets. They really need to be changed at minimum yearly if not more. Also the sleeper sofa in the downstairs bed needs to be replaced, the mattress is in very poor condition. No one can sleep on this. We want to book again for next year, so we hope to see these improvements.

This house was perfect! The layout was great. We loved the fact that the bedrooms were private and away from the main floor. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was immaculate! All surfaces were super clean. We had friends in the same neighborhood that were complaining about their homes being dirty. I would definitely rent this home again as well as recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for am amazing stay

We loved the house. We had 7 adults ranging in age from 19 to 73 and it allowed each to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen table was nice and large so we could all sit together and share meals. The location was great in the it was only about a block from the beach and an easy walk. It was also convenient to grocery stores and a morning walk to Starbucks.

This is a lovely beach home, with plenty of room for multiple groups. The kitchen was top notch. Each bedroom has a great bathroom. Plenty of light, throughout. Close to everything, but not noisy; at all. I highly recommend this property. We had a minor issue with the powder toilet running, and it was handled within 24 hours.

Where do I start! Our stay was everything! We came to celebrate the life of our dearly beloved Nephew. We wanted to celebrate his life and legacy and the Sands Beach House was perfect. The house was home and provided an awesome place to gather with our loved ones. The beach, convenience store & restaurant was walking distance. It was safe and the rental agency was there for any needs we had. I especially love the book that they laugh in a home that you can write in and share your experience with others the perfect touch! Thank you we will definitely be back

We have a wonderful and relaxing time at 313 Shuffleboard Ct. The whole process from reserving to check out was easy and convenient. It was a great location for attending the Cal Ripken Experience baseball tournaments for the week. About a 15 minute drive to fields, away from the chaos of downtown, yet near restaurants and the beach.

Great house for Thanksgiving week with family. Loved the convenience of the house elevator, beautifully furnished, great location, rooms were spacious, older nephews loved their first floor getaway, we all loved the balconies, and ocean is a block or two away. Would only add that kitchen needs more cookware, worked out the parking situation by some parking street side, and beware that the 3rd floor master bedroom ac vent is poorly placed directly over one side of the bed. Was either hot or risked getting sick from it blowing at night. Maintenance quickly resolved an issue. Overall, we loved the stay here.

We had a great time staying in the house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our large group. We loved how close it was to everything, overall a fantastic experience. We didn't need the elevator but it is a nice addition especially if you have heavy items or a disabled family member. The only (minor) drawbacks were there was no grill and the kitchen was lacking some basic cooking tools like a sheet pan, measuring cups and can opener (we left a can opener there to help future guests). We did have to eat in a good bit due to Covid. Beautiful home and we hope to be back next year!

The home was beautiful. If you plan on cooking, bring your supplies. I had to spend 100 on cooking utensils and pans in order to cook. It also needs a gas grill.

Comfortable, modern decor, bathrooms with every bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, clean and nice location about one block from the beach. Elevator was great for our senior family member, although would suggest owner adds safety bars in the showers and tubs, or at least in one of them.

We arrived initially at the house Sunday, the garage was nice and spacious, it fit the two family SUV's we brought along and the 3rd parking space fit our other vehicle very well. the interior layout is very easy to navigate, all of the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the living room was very well decorated and spacious. All in all it was an incredibly comfortable home. Our only complaints are the lack of garage door openers, the elevator would sometimes go on the fritz, the lack of parking for guest to come visit, and the Spectrum TV service seemed to work when it wanted to. Otherwise we really enjoyed the home. The location was pretty easy to get to, wish it was directly on the ocean or at least had a view of it, but the quality of this property made up for that.

This Beach house had EVERYTHING a vacationing family could ask for. They were absolutely blown away by the features of the house, including the beach wagon already stocked with stuff to goto the beach. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach every morning and relax. We will stay on this property or through this site again.

We had a perfect location to everything N. Myrtle Beach has to offer. I have some mobility issues, so the elevator was a blessing. The home was very clean and fresh, and tastefully decorated. We would definitely consider the same house for a future vacation.
