- This is a NON-Smoking Resort. Including balconies
- Water Amenities include: two pools (one indoor, one outdoor), lazy river and two hot tubs
- The indoor pool and lazy river are heated seasonally and the hot tub is heated year-round. The outdoor pool is not heated
- The indoor pool is fully enclosed from November 1st to April 30th - weather permitting
- Free onsite parking. Due to limited space in the parking garage, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per reservation
- No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises (Parking garage has 6'10" clearance)
- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
