Our Myrtle Beach Rental by Luxury Beach Rentals was outstanding. The condo was spotless, the cleaning staff is amazing. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Luxury Beach Rental. We will definitely be back again.

Nice and relaxing! Enjoyed the pool and beach right outside the door. Very clean property and well furnished. However, the dishwasher needs repair or replacing.

Overall the place was clean, very spacious. And everything was as pictured. The views were absolutely amazing!!!!!!!
However, as others have stated. The furniture and decor. Along with the patio furniture, needs to be updated.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. And would stay at South Winds again.

We had a blast! Loved the pools, beach, gym room, and overall experience. Any questions were promptly answered and we had an issue with our TV remote and maintenance fixed it fast. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Sea Captains House a short drive away.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. It is a great unit in a very nice neighborhood on North Ocean Blvd. It is quiet but only minutes from malls, shows, restaurants, parks, theaters and anything you enjoy doing outdoors. The property and the unit are well maintained. We were entertained almost daily by the dolphins very close to shore.

To say the least, I'm very picky when choosing a vacation rental. There can't be any carpet, there has to have at least 1 King size bed, it has to be ocean front and have everything in the kitchen to cook home cooked meals. I've never stayed anywhere that has sharp kitchen knives! The beds are pretty comfy too. Overall they get 5 stars and I'd give more if I could!

What a wonderful vacation! We loved the location. The building was well kept and clean. The pools were fantastic for my two young boys. The condo unit had a fantastic view of the ocean, it was clean and upscale. I would say the only drawback was the over-sized furniture - made it difficult to move around in the dining room and small blue-room. Even though the description said that the unit slept up to 8 people (we were six) - there were only 6 chairs at the dining room table. - But these are just notes for future renters. We had a great time!

Great place to stay during the cold winter months.
Robert (Luxury Beach Rental Agent) makes billing and checking in very easy. Condo was very clean. Maintenance was great. The only negative feedback is that at different times of the week was noisy above from moving furniture, children running, construction, possibly because of tile flooring in the rooms above. Overall great experience and the condo owner is always nice and caring.

My wife have been vacationing during the winter months at Southwind (same condo) for several years. Past 2 years Luxury Properties has taking care of the property which is owned by a fabulous family. Luxury Properties makes the arrangements very easy such as payment, maintenance, checking in and out,etc)

My spouse and I have spend winter months for the pass few years at Myrtle Beach. We stay at the same location in the same condo. The owner is very nice to us, always calls to check on us and to see if we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. Look forward to figure stays without covid.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the unit. It was large enough for all of us. We really enjoyed the balcony and the quick access to the beach. The unit was very clean. If there was one thing that may need attention, it would be the rug in the dining room. It needs to be tacked down again. It continued to roll up, causing us to trip on several occasions.

The view was amazing. Fireworks seen from our balcony. Condo was clean and had comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped. I will be looking forward to staying here again!

Patio furniture worked for us but loose, may need to be replaced soon. I give this place a thumbs up!
