South Wind 307

We enjoyed this condo so much! We had three couples and five kids and there was more than enough room. The kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared several meals during our stay. The furnishing in the living room provided comfortable roomy seating for all the adults. We were able to watch anything we could think of using the ROKU TV. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony, both day & night. The rooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. Everything met the description given for the condo. We found the property clean and well maintained. It was in a great location that is close to all the main attractions. To top it all off, we had great customer service. I definitely recommend this condo and hope that we have chance to stay here again in the near future.

This is our 2nd year staying in a unit at South Wind, through Luxury Beach Rentals. Upon our arrival we noticed that there was no blind for the main slide door window in the main living area. We also immediately noticed there was no outside access from the master suite, even though there was a sliding door for access. It appeared that the lock had been broken off. Also, several internal doors did not have locks on them. Later, that same day of arrival, we noticed several hours after arriving that the ice maker did not appear to working. The property management sent someone the next day. Someone had to be called in to fix the broken lock on the master suite sliding door. I think they were also able to fix the locks on the internal doors. A refrigeration person came to see about the ice maker, only to realize that the previous renters had turned it down extremely low, causing the line to freeze, which didn't allow the ice to make, so that was an easy fix of turning the freezer back up to a more normal setting. Unfortunately, the blind for the main window in the living area was never replaced, but that could have been due to the fact that a special order would have needed to done, and that would take some time, more that the week we were there. Thankfully, we noticed most of these issues within the first few hours that we were there. Management was quick to respond, within 24 hours. Overall our stay was very good and accomodations were exactly what we needed with our large group.

Our family enjoyed our Christmas vacation. The Condo was clean and Spacious. There were a couple of minor issues (missing thrash key and broken closet doors) but nothing that took away from our time there. We would rent again.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this spacious 5 bedroom condo just a few steps from the beach. Lots of room for our fanily to spread out and enjoy our time together. The condo was very clean and well furnished, other than a couple wobbly chairs at the kitchen table. We would recommend this unit which is great for larger families and will definitely book a stay here in the future.

You cannot beat this location to beach and other amenities. Condo is well supplied but furniture, bedding and decor is definitely outdated. Porch furniture could definitely use an upgrade considering what a great spot and view. Management was responsive and condo grounds very well kept.

Great place for a family reunion. The place was clean, well stocked in the kitchen , and had great amenities. One of the beds squeaked loudly every time you moved and another rattled the headboard so that needs to be fixed, but other than that, it was the perfect place for our kids. Friends and family.

Our vacation was for 6 nights 7 days and we had a wonderful time. The unit could use updated furniture as a lot of the furniture is loud (beds) or broken (kitchen chairs and dressers in bedrooms). Other than needing updated the unit is nice, clean and fits a larger family.

The condo was fabulous. There were 10 of us down from Colorado for a 5 day golf vacation. The condo's we both in the same building and the location was ideal. The beach was right off the living room and the master bedroom. I would highly recommend this condo complex.

Overall, this is. pretty nice unit. It is conveniently located on the third floor only one floor up from parking, It's easy to take the steps when the elevator is busy. All of the beds need to be replaced. They are uncomfortable and noisy to the point of waking you up if you move in the night. The living area furniture is very comfortable but needs to be either cleaned or replaced. The deck furniture needs new cushions. There is a huge stuffed teddy bear in one of the closets that needs to disappear. One of the other closets was full of paint supplies and unusable. The kitchen is very well appointed and the rental company is very responsive.There is a full size laundry which is very nice. There were also some beach toys in the unit. The pools are great and the beach is not too crowded. This was our second year and we are looking forward to returning next year (hoping for new beds--hint, hint).

We had a very relaxing stay. Once again, we stayed at Southwind. It is definitely our favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was perfect for our large family. Luxury Beach Rentals is always so good to us. We had a couple of very minor issues in our condo and LBR were quick to fix them. We are looking forward to booking with them again next year.

This Condo was beyond our expectations! This place had everything we needed . We had plenty of room for our 12 person family . The beds were comfortable, we loved that every room had a ceiling fan . The kitchen was well stocked . Thank you for the starter supplies, and we had plenty of towels for the people staying . This place is in a quiet area and not crowded at the beach . The balcony was a great place to relax after a day at the beach . Thank you !!

The property was very clean and we had plenty of room for our party of 10. Perfect view of the beach as it was oceanfront. Balcony was a wrap around with plenty of furniture for us all to sit outside together. Great location, only minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Property was as described. Property manager answered our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was very well stocked, furniture and some mattresses could use an update. Views spectacular. Amenities at resort were well kept and inviting.
Baby pool was pretty cold, otherwise great for families and children.

We were excited the condo looked like the picture online. It was clean and did have a very private feel. The grounds were kept clean and neat and our view was beautiful. The outside facade was very appealing compared to other condos in the area. We would definitely consider returning to this rental.

We had 11 adults and 1 toddler in our rental unit. It was perfect for our family. The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach and ample swimming facilities. The unit was very clean, but could have used some updating.

Perfect place for our family to hang out and have a wonderful vacation together. We had 13 adults in the house and each had our own space, but yet plenty of hangout room all in one. :) The balcony, pools, and ocean front were absolutely wonderful!
