Loved our stay here. Came down with a group of guys for a golf trip. Right on the beach. Clean place. Close to everything. Really enjoyed it.

The Condi is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pools and beach access are great. We had 2 windy days that affected our outdoor activities. Texting the management company worked well for quick response. We would definitely stay here again.

South Wind 401 oceanfront was very clean and well maintained and furnished. The view and furniture on the balcony was clean and beautiful. The condo furniture was nice and had plenty of seating for everyone. The pools were clean and not over crowded. We had a great time. Worth the cost.

We had such a great time, we absolutely loved this unit. There was plenty of room and I loved that it was on the end, it was nice to be on the 4th floor. Everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the blinds didn’t go down in the living room at night, but other then that no complaints. And will definitely stay there again

This is our 2nd time at this property. I definitely rate it 5 stars. The only downside this time was you could not close the shades at night. We could close them the last time we stayed. Even though it is 4th floor, I am not comfortable with open windows at night. Also, the bedrooms could have been cooler. Great air in living/dining area. Best stocked kitchen ever! Called about the shades, someone came right away but after trying to get them down, the management said the owner wanted them that way. We definitely would stay there again. The whole rental process was great!

This is a phenomenal rental and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach! The condo is spacious, clean, close to everything, and has a view to die for. It is our first choice of accommodations on future trips.

The condo is a perfect set up for two families which is what we had. We had a couple of issues come up but management was quick to respond. The only thing I would change or recommend is that you have a few extras on hand of certain items. For example, toilet paper, trash bag or two, extra blankets, some coffee. This was booked through a VRBO and we are used to having those :) the condo itself was very clean as well as the grounds. Parking and instructions were easy to understand and check in/out was a breeze

Had a incredible experience at South Wind 401 as we stayed a total of 2 weeks. We always come back to this condo (5 years in a row now) as our beach vacation with family & friends. Great view of the ocean on 4th floor which sleeps 10. Wiwll come back again.

We went with 6 adults and 3 little kids and the space was big enough that no one felt crowded. Everything was really clean when we arrived.

The pool area was amazing and perfect on the days we couldn't get to the beach.

Wonderful vacation for our famiy of 7. Beautiful Ocean view and all the amenities you need for preparing meals. The building is well maintained and is beautifully landscaped. The indoor pools and exercise room were well used. We liked being in a quiet residential area but close to shopping and entertainment.

I have stayed at Southwind many times but I must say, this place was excellent. Just for others info, the beds are VERY firm but overall it would be hard to say anything negative about this luxury condo and I would definitely love to stay there again

this condo is gorgeous, appears to be newly renovated, and so so clean (clean enough for my ocd self!). The view from the balcony was breathtaking- proximity to the boardwalk was about 12 min and so close to the outlet malls and shopping areas- great time, felt safe and most importantly direct private access to the beach and indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs

The condo was perfect! It had the space and rooms for a family of 8. Best of all being on the end unit of 4th floor it had a huge balcony with perfect views of the beach and sunrises! The condo was very clean and modern. Only issue, it needs towel racks in the bathrooms.

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. Wraparound deck overlooking both ocean and 2 pools. Great location; away from the downtown but close enough when you wanted to do touristy outings. Awesome beach. Could walk for miles. Nice to have a lifeguard on the beach for the grandkids. Highly recommend.

The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated! Ample living space for the 8 of us and plenty of dressers and closets for all of our clothes. It is located in a less congested part of Myrtle, and close enough to all the attractions. The view of the ocean was perfect! The only negative we had is that the cleaning staff was still there when we arrived after our 4:00 check in time.

This place totally lived up to its photos. The breathtaking view when you first walk in, is just flat out amazing! It was clean and our large family of 8 fit just perfectly! My 6 y/o said he was living like a millionaire. �� We would definitely come back again and stay here. The pools never had to many people In them and the path to the ocean was great. Loved that we didn’t have to cross a busy road to get to the ocean. I wasn’t sure if the kitchen was filled stocked with pots and pans so I brought some, but it was stocked from pans to silverware and all the cooking utensils you would need. Can wait to return!

We traveled as a family to Myrtle Beach for spring break - 5 adults and 2 children. The condo was in a great location. It was right on the beach, far enough from downtown to not have a ton of people, but close enough to shopping, dining, and all adventures. The beach was incredibly clean and then pools on property were well maintained. This particular condo was clean, very nice, and had all necessary items to make our week long stay amazing. We don’t have one complaint about any of it! We do plan to return next spring break already!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was everything we expected and more. The recent upgrades it had done were beautiful. Very easy check in and out and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our family all fit comfortably in the spacious are. We stayed at a great condo at Southwinds. The unit was completely renovated so the furnishings were all new and clean. It was an end unit (401) so the balcony was quite large. It was a really nice spot.

Had a great time with our family of eight. Our two older daughters were with their husbands and our younger daughter and son. The size was perfect for us, and the 4th floor view of the ocean/beach could be seen from anywhere in the common areas. Also enjoyed the pools/hot tubs. Hoping to rent this unit again sometime in the future. Also wanting to look into investing into a similar unit for ourselves after this experience. God Bless!!

South Wind 401 was better than as seen in the pictures! The condo was very comfortable, well kept and extremely clean. There was enough room for the entire family and we didn't feel cramped at all. The views, amenities and proximity to the beach made for a great vacation

This property is in an excellent location and is well maintained. View from the deck is amazing. A few bars and restaurants are within walking distance which was great. Kitchen could use a few additions as my group of 7 like to cook....a garlic press, casserole dish, roaster, paring knife, and more coffee mugs. Would return to this unit in a heartbeat.
