South Wind 701

This is a clean and beautiful condo. There were 7 adults and one child in our party, and it was the perfect setup for us. We would definitely stay here again. The location is close to the restaurants and shopping areas that were on our list.

Great quiet location!! Love the pools and hot tubs. Beautiful beach view from the 7th floor. Beautiful updated unit. Loved it except for a few minor maintenance issues.

Condo was clean and pics were accurate.
Location was at the quiet end of the beach. There were tons of restaurants and attractions within a couple miles of us.
Would definitely stay here again.

We found the rental property well kept and adequately stocked with necessaries (bathroom and kitchen supplies)to get started. The bed rooms were comfortable with television in each, however not all remotes worked. The condo over looks the beach with a great view. The large wrap around balcony is great for entertaining outdoors. I would rent again if in the area.

We loved our stay! The condo was very spacious and accommodating for six adults and two small children. It was clean and well maintained. The balcony view was GORGEOUS! The beachfront was very large and easily accessed. The indoor pools are really just a covered pools, so they were cold and not useable, which was disappointing for our two year old granddaughter.

Overall it was a wonderful stay! A few minor snafus ( master shower wasn’t the cleanest and the sliding door locks did not work) the view was the best and the space was great we had 5 adults and 2 children and never felt crammed up. Very spacious!

We had a great time staying in this condo. Our two grown children and their families as well as my husband and me. It was roomy and the furnishings were nice. There was plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware in the kitchen. The only complaint that we had about the kitchen was pot holders. The silicon ones that were there were slick and clumsy. The large dining table was great allowing all of us to sit around the table at mealtime and share our thoughts on the day. The balcony was awesome. It was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The property was clean and the starter set was much appreciated. The location of the condo was very convenient to all the activities in Myrtle beach as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay here again and also recommend to our friends and family.

We loved every minute of our stay in Room 701 at South wind in Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful, perfect location right on the beach. It was great being away from the throngs of people but it was easy to get to all of the activities and restaurants.

A great place to stay. Pools and beach are right there. Would recommend more kitchen towels/cloths. Found ourselves drying the dishes with paper towels. The items in the cupboards seem random, leftovers from other kitchens. e.g. needed a vegetable peeler. We were a family that ate in mostly.

Great rental to accommodate 2 families. The only issues are that there could be. better cooking pans and the ice machine doesn’t produce. Loved the balcony and rooms were very accommodating. It was great that beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were in the unit.

Thank you for allowing us to use your vacation rental. It was very beautiful, and perfect for our large family. We had two parking passes waiting on us, but we had driven three cars. We let the rental agency know, and they brought us another pass first thing the next morning. The beach and pool were never crowded during our stay, and the views from the large, wrap-around balcony were awesome ..... especially the sun rises! This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach in several years. But I expect we will be back very soon, due to how nice everything turned out! Thank you again.

Needed housing for my cheer staff for a big competition. South Wind extremely spacious and impeccably clean! Plus the views were amazing from the balcony. Three bathroom were super! Perfect for us all to not only have our own space but common gathering area too!

We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. All of us enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. The views were just so beautiful. We enjoyed mornings on the terrace with our breakfast. The furniture were all comfortable. The only negative that I heard was that the toilets had some issues. This was the best condo we rented yet. We would go back again in a heartbeat. The kitchen was well stocked.

This condo is amazing. Plenty of space and extremely comfy furniture
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will possibly need.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the sound of the waves brings total serenity even in the midst of the Covid nightmare. The property management team at Luxury Beach Rentals were all so helpful. Southwinds Resort is located far enough from the hot spots to be quiet but close enough
to shopping and dining to be convenient. We also found plenty of restaurants with curbside pick up in order to stay safe in 2020. It’s an all around great getaway

Great rental. Bedrooms are on the small side but the common living quarters are expansive, and that's where it counts. Very comfortable seating. Balcony is the largest of any rental I've ever used.

Loved this Condo #701 at South Wind. Beautiful, very roomy, clean, extra large balcony. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The only negative thing I have to say is the stove which appears to be new has knobs where children can easily reach to turn on and as we were in the kitchen if you reach in the cabinets above or just accidentally rub against them the unit would turn on. We made sure we never left anything on the stove for fear that the burners would be accidently turned on. Again, very nice Condo!!!!!!!!!!! 5/18/2020

This place was immaculate when we arrived. Nothing seemed out of place! The view from the balcony was great and a good place for after dinner cocktails. The walk to the beach was nice. The pool and hot tubs were nice too. The lazy river was the best! We will be looking into a place like this for our next vacation too, just not so big. We enjoyed everything about our stay!!

I've arranged fall family gatherings three years in a row, different places, this was the best of the three. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, comfortable sitting room furniture, lots of balcony chairs of different types (the rockers were a big hit). Place was quiet and well maintained and staff helpful. I would like to be closer to the boardwalk/downtown area but its not too far and the walking area down the beach past all the houses is really nice. Only booked 4 nights, wished I booked longer. Great rental at a great price!

I think we’ve found our home away from home with this absolutely beautiful vacation rental! We are a family of 8 and with 5 kids, need space! Lol There was plenty of it in this unit and we will definitely spend it here again! It is well kept, clean, spacious, updated and a perfect location! Large corner, beach view balcony, doesn’t get much better than this! We had 1 day of lots of rain and decided to just hang in and watch tv and there was plenty of room for the whole family! So so happy we found this unit to rent! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Our entire 9-person family we're comfortable and happy in our condo by the ocean. There's plenty of room to stretch out and relax or prepare to go down to the beach. I would highly recommend it!

This unit was perfect for our large family vacation. Other than being in a perfect Myrtle Beach location, the condo was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for a family of 8.
We had a tv problem and was taken care of within an hour ...so great customer service from the management company.

The Condo was amazing. Beautiful and spacious; more room than the two of us and our two small children needed lol. Nicely maintained pools and ocean walk. The shower was huge. The view was astounding, and we had every meal on the corner balcony that showed a magnificent 180• view.

South Wind was a wonderful place to spend our vacation and be with family. Our cond was perfect and we liked having the pool, hot tub , lazy river all in one area . The grandkids enjoyed the grassy area between the pool and ocean. A small park next door entertained our youngest grands .

This condo was perfect for our family - parents, children and grandchildren. Very spacious! It was very well maintained, and the entire building and grounds were spotless. The staff was very accommodating and never failed to wish us a good day! Access to the beach was perfect, and the swimming pools, lazy river and hot tubs were enjoyed by all. Only problem we had was my Google address search had North Myrtle Beach, same exact address, so we went to the wrong place to begin with. My family and I just recently stayed at Southwind, what an amazing place!!!!! The condo was very clean and roomy , just lovely.
