South Wind 703 is a lovely condo with a great view! There is plenty of space in the condo and amenities at South Wind are perfect. It's a quiet building which we love.

We enjoyed having a larger condo. Very good location. Stove, microwave and kitchen counters could have been cleaner. Property management was very responsive to our needs. Already booked a condo for next year.

This was the perfect layout for our group. 4 couples with space to get away with plenty of space to gather together and socialize. Great pool and hot tub. We will be back!

Beautiful condo. Always love staying at South Wind. Great location. Quiet. We had a few minor issues with the TVs and remotes and management promptly corrected issue and it was the weekend. Very clean.

We loved this spacious home. We were celebrating 2 couples anniversary. Both married on Valentine’s Day one 28 years the other 41 years. We were a group of 4 couples so the house was perfect everyone had their own bathroom which is really important for couples. The house was very spacious and clean. Stocked very well with towels, dishes and pots and pans. We loved it.

This is our second time at Condo 703 , I love everything about it . The rooms are split apart as to not wake anyone . The extra beach chairs and toys are great :) The condo had everything we needed . Thank you for another wonderful year :)

Great vacation spot
This was a great rental for our family. Although it is surrounded by other properties, the relatively small number of units gave this a more private feel. The pools were great and relatively quiet and beach access is a breeze. The view from the balcony is awesome and the overall property was beyond spacious. Nicely furnished with plenty of room and comfortable furniture through the unit. Parking was easy and there are many options for great food and entertainment within easy driving distance.

Good experience. New floors and some furniture changes really improved quality of the stay. Floor plan is excellent. Location is excellent.
Only concern is that dining room chairs are not very comfortable and difficult to move. Some are also wobbly.
Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful family get-together. Our only issuenwas the ice maker stopped working on our second day. In fairness, we did not contact management, just bought a bag of ice. We did leave a note letting them know. There were very nice linens provided and even hotel-type shampoo and conditioners.

Our Family had such a wonderful time . The condo had everything we needed . Thank you for the starter supplies and Thank you to the last renters for leaving cleaning supplies. We loved that everyone had their own space and the bedrooms were split apart for quiet sleeping . We especially liked the extra beach supplies and storage for our own beach items . First let me say when arriving to the complex how pretty the entrance was. It was very easy to park and find the condo. Elevators and carts were very helpful. The condo is beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean. The layout is great with the 4 bedrooms spread out and we found everything there that we needed. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay again for sure!

We absolutely LOVED Unit 703! Perfect spacious accommodations for 2 families. The pictures are exactly what you will find in the condo. The oceanfront balcony with access from the 2 front bedrooms and livingroom was excellent. No issues, no complaints. We will definitely visit again!

We went down to Myrtle Beach for a week of golf and wanted a place on the beach. This condo looked great in the ad. The ad was spot-on. The condo was large, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Pools and hot tubs were very nice, though when we weren't golfing, we spent most of our time on the beach. I hated to leave, and highly recommend this property.

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. The location was great between North MB and South MB convenient to everything. The entire property was spotless even the pools and Lazy River. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend it to anyone. It was nice that there were a closet full of beach chairs and boogie boards to use. Although three of the four beach chairs were broke they were still usable. The only bad thing was the ice machine in the fridge was awful. It barely made enough ice to put in four glasses, but aside from that everything was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. This property shuts down at 10pm which is great if you like some peace and quiet. The entire property was in great shape. Plenary of restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Both inside and outside pools were in good shape and kept clean. The beach was a short 30 sec walk out the back.

The unit had 3 coffee machines, updated working appliances, and comfy furniture. Beds were updated and linens were clean.

The only think I wasn’t a fan of was the size of the TVs in the bedrooms. They were very small.

I would stay again for sure!!

South Wind is a family oriented place and near all the action of Myrtle Beach. The rooms are great, there is easy parking, and I like the keyless entry to our room.

My wife (Cindy) and I wanted to take our family on a vacation to star off my retirement we have been to myrtle to few times. My wife picked the south winds and it was the best place we ever stayed . My family of 11 had a wonderful time at this location. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was upon entry. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location was great as it was away from the heavy pavilion traffic. The extra chairs and umbrella were a plus as well as the umbrella beach rental that was provided with our stay. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and will definitely return for another stay.

We stayed in this unit in November and loved it so much that we decided to book it again for our couples’s retreat. Our stay was great again and the unit had a lot of supplies and amenities of home. This vacation rental was amazing! With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths everyone had their own space but we were still able to share drinks and laughter together on the oceanfront balcony while watching the dolphins. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others. The location was convenient to many restaurants and the property was well maintained both inside and outside.

Our stay in this unit overall was very nice. We had plenty of space for 3 families. We initially had issues logging on to WiFi but they sent someone over to fix it the same day. The kitchen amenities were great as well. They even had a crockpot. We liked the place so much that we reserved it again for our anniversary.
