South Wind 902

We have stayed in this unit twice. It is a comfortable, beautiful room with a great view. The only thing that was inconvenient for us is that we had access to one closet in second bedroom. Understandably, owners had lock in main bedroom for their personal use, and second closet was very narrow with shelves. You couldn't hang anything. And third bedroom has no closet.

We have stayed in this building many times, and in this unit as well. It’s a nice building with a great view, easy parking, pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river to enjoy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the ocean, and my daughter misses the lazy river already. We were disappointed that the lazy river and pool were freezing cold all week long, and wish they had been heated. We avoided the outdoor pool because it was full of bugs and debris every day. The renovations to this individual unit were very nicely done (especially that stunning primary bathroom)! The entire unit was very clean, the living room very comfortable with a large and modern tv, and the kitchen was fantastic, clean and well taken care of, with water/ice dispenser in the fridge. The smaller front bedroom doesn’t have a closet, and the large walk-in closet is now locked as an additional owners’ closet, so there is very little closet space. More places to hang swimsuits and towels would be very helpful, as there are no hooks in the front bathroom and not enough places to hang things up in general. Several of us remarked that the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The biggest issue we had though was the high king size bed in the primary bedroom - we had elderly guests sleeping in that room and they really struggled to get in and out of that bed each day. Steps to get into it, or at bare minimum a sturdy step stool, would be much safer. I do wish it had been noted in the description, as we may have chosen a more accessible unit for them. Overall we had a lovely, memorable trip, and would stay there again. The additions of hooks, newer pillows, and steps for the primary bed would make our stay perfect.

Very beautifully decorated, very clean, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances. Perfect view. Loved the updated bathrooms and showers. That reclining couch ����. Beds were a little hard, bring a mattress pad if you have back/neck issues.

We had a wonderful week in this condo. The location is fantastic: nice quiet uncrowded beach but only a short drive to all the boardwalk fun. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

WE were very pleased from balony there was a great view. every thing you could want was in condo. if it wasnt i had brought things with us. Only wish there were instructiins on how to use tv. We did all right once our grandson came. Wish there was a lobby on site to answer questiins that came up. great weather Marcella.

I have stayed at Southwind many times, but this was first time staying in this unit. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is that we had to share one closet in a 3 bedroom unit.

PERFECT!!!
Just traveled here last week, and already dreaming of when we can go back!!! We loved the balcony, the walk in marble shower, beach access, the pool and hot tubs, and the overall luxury and cleanliness of the condo. We had 5 in our group but could very easily accommodate more. The kitchen was well equipped with everything out group needed, the smart TV in the living room offered all of our favorite streaming services, and they even had some games for us to play. This cozy spot was a perfect getaway for all of us, we will definitely stay here again!!!

We were in myrtle beach for my son's college baseball and your condo was minutes away from where his team was staying. The location of the condo was a 20 minute drive to cal ripken fields and Broadway. Very clean and beautiful and right on the beach. It was so nice waking up and going on the balcony and watching the ocean.

We really enjoyed this condo and have it saved for our future trips. My parents go to MB every Feb so it was nice to be a few buildings down in such a well appointed condo. It's spacious and has just what you need for a vacation. We took advantage of the indoor pool too!

This was my family’s 7th or 8th stay at South Wind. #902 was the best stay yet. The unit was very clean, decorated nicely, plenty of space for my family and stocked well. There were only a couple of minor issues: one recliner didn’t recline and the corner of the rug kept curling up. Like I said these were minor and did not interrupt our vacation stay all. Hopefully #902 will be available for our next stay!!

Family vacation, place was well equipped and clean. Great amenities on property (pools/hot tubs/etc.), amazing view, very comfortable stay. Beds are on the firm side, and some pillows need replacing as they are extremely flattened. But would still highly recommend.

A very nice, well equipped condo. At a super nice resort on the quiet North end of myrtle beach. Plenty of cookware, towels, etc. Beds are nice, pillows could use some attention, so you may want to bring your own. No regrets !! The owners have done a great job and you can tell they take pride it there place. We will be back !!

Have stayed in many condos and buildings in Myrtle. This one was the best. Kitchen well stocked for a large family and making family meals (maybe add a steamer pot for seafood). Beautiful beach decoration themes and awesome couches. Building has great pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. (Wish there was a public bathroom in pool area and that the pools stayed open until 11:00 pm.) We had a great week - thank you to the owners for making their condo feel like a home instead of a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Everything was very clean when we got in. The check in process was very easy. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so for multiple families in one condo, it was ideal. The condo was located close to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely come back!

This was a great location for a family beach vacation. The condo was clean and well stocked. Couple items that would have been better, a light in the pantry and the smoke alarm would go off when using oven. Thought that was odd since there was no smoke, waved a towel at it and it was fine. But would still rate this condo 10/10.

Our family vacation to Myrtle Beach was fantastic and the Condo at South Wind was gorgeous, just as pictured online. Very clean, spacious and the best location. The beach was never over-crowded, and everything was close to drive to. I would recommend replacing the queen mattresses and providing oven mitts for the kitchen! We'll certainly be back to this beautiful rental.

Very nice condo. Great view of ocean.
Hot tub outside had a lot of dirt in it each day. Pool was clean. Nice shower and water pressure. Feel like having to strip bed sheets and have towels ready for laundering should be up to the maid service, but only takes a minute to do that task. Had noisy neighbors last night of our stay, but that is always a risk when staying in that type of environment. Some construction or upkeep taking place, but that is good for the next guests.

Amazing property and amazing stay!! I highly recommend this property. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and clean. Luxury Beach Rentals worked with me to make sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay, even when I needed some last-minute changes. The address given was different on different documents sent to me, so that was the challenge we ran into, but we easily figured it out. The maintenance staff at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The views from this condo were absolutely incredible. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the sight and sounds of the ocean. We also loved the extended couch that allowed several of us to recline while we talked or watched TV. The condo was near a number of good restaurants but away from the noise and congestion of the "main drag." We have stayed at Southwind twice (different units) and would come back again as well as recommend it to anyone else looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The rental was beautiful and perfectly located right on the beach. It was also perfectly located central to the places to eat. The rental was very large with a wonderful view of the beach. It had 3 good size rooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen that had almost everything you would want. It was very nice. The propertylandscape, pool, spa and lazy river were all maintained nicely. My Mother loves the beach and would sit on the lani for hours just watching the ocean and smiling. It was a wonderful blessing for our family to be able to celebrate our mothers birthday and mothers day and such a beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

From the time we drove up to the Southwind on Myrtle Beach, I was impressed and convinced I made the right decision. The condominium was beautifully appointed, clean, well stocked with every necessary amenity and the view was unparalleled. My family had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a stay on Myrtle Beach. I also liked that it was close to all of the action, but still far enough off of the beaten path on Ocean Boulevard to enjoy the peace and quiet with only a short walk or drive to access all of the restaurants and attractions. 5-star across the board.

Spent our Thanksgiving holiday in Myrtle Beach. The unit was very clean and exactly what we expected from the pictures. Lots nice extras included (extra towels, beach chairs, pillows, etc). Only slight negative is the small tv in the living room. Everything was great.

Incredibly clean condo (and I'm a tough cookie when it comes to cleanliness.) The luxury furniture and decor felt like we were staying at a fancy hotel. The linens and towels were high quality. The gift basket was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and we never felt cramped. Very Spacious unit. The overall building and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Pool and beach were amazing for our party of 8. The many options of pools were great with toddlers. Would definatley recommend this unit, worth the price and luxury living for the week.
