The Marina 7-503

I was in for a work trip and wished I could have stayed a few more days. Check in was simple, Luxury Beach Rentals staff were all amazing and super helpful when making the reservation. The condo was well appointed, and very clean. The condo has a great view of the marina and intercoastal water way. I am hoping to make this my go to place to stay when I return!

We have stayed at Marina Inn last year. The location is very central close to shopping, shows, the beach etc. It backs onto the inter coastal waterway right beside a marina. A golf course is on the other side of the water. Our unit overlooked the pool area, waterway and marina. There is lots of parking. The Marina inn is a very nice resort. Our unit had two bedrooms, a living room, dining area and full kitchen. We cooked most of our meals there. I would stay there again.

Room was as advertised
Clean and comfortable
nice beds, water pressure good and great balcony views
fastest elevator we ever used, great breakfast downstairs at Waterscapes restaurant.
i would recommend bringing your own paper towels and toilet paper because the ones provided are the green type and not very good at all.
Bellman was way to pushy and would not let us use a cart unless we used his service and made us move our car to parking lot and unload from there. Not a good way to start off your vacation!

Recently stayed at this condo over the Labor weekend with family. The condo was spacious, well appointed and clean. The view from balcony was great as well as the Marina Inn complex. Look forward to another stay in 2024!

The property was very nice and well maintained. We were in a 2 bedroom condo which was very nice and well appointed. The one negative about this property was this: There are two kinds of units here, "Owners Units" and "non-owner units". We stayed in an "Owners Unit" which means nothing can be charged to the room, which was odd because my credit card was on-file, and we did not receive the same in-room amenities as the "non owner" units. (lower quality shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) The staff could not have been friendlier. The private beach was perfect and we were always able to find chairs and an umbrella. We never dined on-property and the dining option closest to the beach never was open.

Our stay at this condo and resort was lovely. The condo lived up to the expectations that were set by the description. The resort was quiet. We wanted to be removed from the main activity of Myrtle Beach and this was a great place for that. The pool and hot tubs were lovely, the staff was friendly and we had no issues in the condo. If you visit this area, we highly recommend trying out the mini golf courses! They are top notch. My only complaint would be that our keys were not ready when we got there. We followed the instructions and called the number we were given to let them know we would be there in 30 minutes. We had to wait another 45-60 minutes after our arrival to get into our condo because the keys weren't ready. A small issue, but an issue nonetheless.

We decided to take a winter getaway and decided on this condo based on the pictures and reviews. Everything was just as pictured. We were very happy with the room. Quiet location and great views. Carolina Opry Theater is only 5 minutes away. Would

Great location, great view and space for my family. Building needs a bit of TLC, mainly the elevators and the hallways. The unit had a few issues,the shower & bathtub need to be scrubbed better and one of the sinks they all had black mold. The kitchen sink needs new caulking, also it had black mold. Regardless of the mold we thought it was a good lace to stay.

A couple of days prior to check in I received an email with check-in directions. I followed the instructions, called lost and prevention to receive the key card and had no check in issues. Concierge service at the door assisted me with the luggage cart as you would have available at a full service hotel. Condo unit was very clean and well stocked with anything I would need. Plenty of utensils! Beautifully decorated. I would absolutely return if ever back in Myrtle Beach.

Our rental were just as the pictures looked and we were so pleased with our stay. The location was central to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The facilities were clean. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and watching the boats float by from our covered deck. We were able to ride the shuttle to the beach, where chairs were provided. The fitness area was perfect and the grounds were excellent for taking a stroll. We hope to be back someday. No issues checking in or with our keys.

My wife and I travel to the Carolinas every year. We have been to Myrtle but not stayed on the intercoastal. Think we have found our new favorite place to be. Fun watching the ships come and go. Want to rent a boat next time. Would definitely recommend this rental. It checked all of the boxes.

Clean, modern condo with incredible view of the waterway! Quiet unit with comfortable furniture. Located in the prestigious area of Myrtle Beach, easily accessible to many fine restaurants including a Ruth’s Chris next door. Exercise room on the first floor of the Inn perfect for a workout before heading out for the
day. As a solo traveler I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable at any time!

Our condo was fantastic overall, very clean and up-to-date. The complex and the pool area were beautiful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, the overall experience was great.

If there were two things I would say were a negative, was that on the last day the pool area got a little dirty in terms of cups and garbage in open spots that were just laid out, and the check-in process could be a little bit easier, instead of going to another location to pick up the key, which never worked, it could all be at the condo location.

With all that said, we would definitely stay here again, the overall experience was fantastic.

The rental felt very cozy and vibrant. It really felt like home. It included everything you needed to relax and feel comfortable. My husband and our six kids was very comfortable. It is very spacious and very clean. The beds are large and comfortable. The property included jacuzzi, outdoor pool, indoor pool, a nice restaurant, bar, and fitness area.I would gladly rebook another stay here with out a doubt. Only issue I had was I didn’t receive my check-in instructions three days prior and had to contact management the day of check-in .. Instructions was then sent immediately to my email.

The condo was very clean with crisp white bed sheets and an awesome view from the balcony. Great starter items also! Only complaint is a water bug appeared Out of nowhere on 2 different nights. And had a weird phone call one night asking who we were, and a man at the door one morning saying he heard our alarm going off and it wasn’t.�� I did not want to dig this score for those crazy incidents though. Other than the bugs we had a wonderful time and would stay again bug free of course!

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean and the check in and out were easy. It took us a while to find the room since we wanted to avoid the lobby with others checking in, but other than that everything was good. The pool outaide was warm pretty much all day and not too crowded. They have a bar by the pool which was nice and convenient.

Our unit 7503 was extremely nice and well kept. Highly recommend the nice twin ottomans that were available in this unit. Unfortunately the amenities that we have become accustomed to at Marina Inn were not available to us. Not having the beach shuttle, pool bar, food onsite made this vacation very different. It seemed as though they were operating on a skeleton crew at the resort but most were kind and as accommodating as they could be. The only issue we had with Luxury Beach Rentals was that our check in packet with the keys for the unit never made it to us in the mail so we had to go and pick those up. There were 2 keys and one was for 7-503 our unit and the other was labelled 7-403, not our unit and obviously did not work. We made do with the one key for the week which took some planning but we did okay. For the circumstances we were faced with that were mostly out of anyone's control we had a great week.

A beautiful room with an amazing view, much larger than the pictures lead you to believe. Plenty of kitchen utensils, so we could cook most meals without issue (including baking some cookies). The beds were very soft, which can be a blessing or a curse. For my wife, they were too soft and uncomfortable for her.

This condo was beautiful. It was so clean & spacious. It had a beautiful view of the marina. This is the first time we didn’t stay oceanfront & we were worried. My father stayed with us & loved watching the boats up & down the waterway as all of us did!!! I usually don’t stay in the same place twice but may reconsider for this fantastic place. Definitely would recommend this place!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful. The condo was well furnished and had the softest towels. Would have liked more storage space for food items in the kitchen. This was a last minute booking, as my original plans fell through. Luxury Beach Rental and team member Lauren saved my family's weekend. Our stay was beyond what was expected. The resort was Gorgeous we can't wait to return to Myrtle Beach. We definitely plan to stay at this location again. Definitely a 5-star stay for any traveler. This condo was very clean. It was perfectly located to everything and had a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been an extra fry pan in the kitchen and some pot holders. There is only one fry pan and no pot holders for removing things from the oven, but we made due. We do plan on returning and renting again, we were very pleased with the rental unit.

Spent a week in July 2018 at the Marina Inn and was very happy with the resort. The room was clean and had plenty of space for 7 adults and one child. The shuttle ride to the beach was great with plenary of chairs and umbrellas for guests. The only thing that needed a little updating was the snack shed at the beach, it was a little out dated. Overall we had a great experience and would stay at this location again.

Great location with view of Intercoastal, Marina and Pools! Fifth floor with elevator and clean, comfortable space. The only issue I have is I like when the kitchen is a little stocked with basics (dish liquid, garbage bags, a packet of coffee for the morning would be nice. Although you can go down to lobby for complimentary coffee). There were not enough glasses, cereal bowls, and only a few pots. My understanding is this is a new property they are managing so if they make those corrections it would be perfect.

This place is awesome! Our family loved the time we spent here. The condo is much bigger than we were expecting and everything is perfectly maintained and clean! Its also very close to the Pirates Voyage and Broadway at the Beach. We highly recommend!

We rented this condo for our family of 8 and had a great time. We had plenty of room and the two balconies were great! We had one small issue and the rental company handled it immediately. A tip is to use the free shuttle to the beach as they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Would love to stay here again next year.

This condo is perfect! It is exactly as shown except the views are much better in person. The views are amazing as they overlook the pool / marina and golf course. You can have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail watching the sailboats go by. I highly recommend this condo and cannot wait to visit again.
