South Wind 1105

We had a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach. The condo was well equipped, clean, and provided a great view of the beach. This location is the idea place for relaxation and building lasting memories.

We had a very good vacation the weather was terrible but that is out of control. The location was great right on the beach a few minutes from the boardwalk. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen is small but well equipped. Overall we would rent again.

We loved our spectacular view of the ocean on the 14th floor and of course the accessibility to the beach. The lazy river, spas and pool was perfect. The residence was very well kept and well equipped with everything you would need. We have been staying at Southwind for years, staying in different floor plans and locations, very seldom disappointed. I would recommend SOUTHWIND to everybody who is looking for a quiet, beautiful oceanfront property! See you next year Southwind! ❤️

LOVED our stay at this condo! Our unit was clean and well cared for! Check in and out were so easy they were virtually non-existent. There is a scramble on Saturday for the luggage carts and elevators, but that is because almost everyone is arriving at the same time. If you are someone absolutely dependent on an elevator I might suggest staying on a lower level because at times the elevators take awhile especially if 1 is broken. We are already looking at staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at 1105! The beach view was amazing, the pools were great as well! The condo looks just like the pictures. All appliances were functional and the washer and dryer was great for the kids. The location is perfect for all attractions and a nice walk. We will return.

Perfect.
Unit 1105 is simply perfect. It is spacious, updated, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked with every tool and gadget you will need. The building is beautiful and has several pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. The view from the balcony is spectacular. A few days we saw dolphins playing in the water while we drank our morning coffee. It is close to all the hot spots, stores, golf courses, and restaurants in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend unit 1105!

Our family of six was just excited to get away for a change of scenery. Our condo unit and this property made it a joy. The condo (unit 1105) had an amazing view (can you say endless ocean), up-to-date decor, plenty of space, comfortable beds and was well stocked with the appliances/kitchen items we needed for the week. The property had excellent pool facilities and easy access to the beach.

In addition, the property management company was extremely helpful with answering questions prior to our arrival and with giving us all the needed information before arriving to make our check in seamless.

We could not have been happier and will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Everything was easy to check in and all that and the condo 1105 was absolutely beautiful. Enough room for all 6 adults and 2 children that went! We all had so much fun and will definitely be booking this condo again next year!!

Condo was everything expected. Had everything you could need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable and whole condo was very clean and decorated perfectly. Great view of the ocean. Elevators worked great. Staff very helpful.

We took our children and grandchildren on vacation to Myrtle Beach, and chose to stay at Southwind (condos 1105 & 1104). It was perfect -- right on the beach, beautiful beach view, great pools and hot tubs, beautiful condos. The location is also great for getting to all the areas of interest (the Boardwalk, Broadway on the Beach, restaurant row, etc.). Would definitely rent again!

South Wind 1105 is a great! It’s updated and the kitchen met our needs as far as being well stocked. The living room is so spacious with lots of seating area. The Master suite is huge with an oversized walk in closet. Comfortable beds in each bedroom.Conevniently located to lots of great restaurants and shopping. If there was one suggestion I could make it would be to add a mirror in the smaller bedrooms, when you have a group of seven girls getting ready that would be helpful. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to go back!
Also, the elevators in this building always smell clean and fresh.

Southwind is one of the best properties in Myrtle Beach. It’s located close to everything there is to do in Myrtle Beach. Condo is spacious and very clean. This is our third visit to Southwind and definitely not our last.

I stayed with my family for our annual beach vacation. There were four adults and three children. We were impressed with the decor and updates of the condo. We enjoyed the view and amenities. We were very comfortable in the condo. We were slightly disappointed that there were stairs to access the beach as my grandmother could not use them. Also the chair and umbrella rental was a nice touch but having small children, we needed more space and another umbrella and the life guard put the chairs too close together. The condo itself and the entire condominium property were kept clean. We never had an noise issues or disruptions. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was very spacious and perfect for 6 couples with 2 babies! Everyone had room. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small but the living space made up for it! The condo was very tastefully decorated as well. Would definitely rent again.
